Slow refunds ! …
I needed to return some items but Cotton Traders are the slowest online retailers to acknowledge returns
and / or make a refund! It really makes me hesitate to order anything, as return postage adds to cost also.

Postage both ways……which is a charge for your mistake.
I should get the full refund of £23.99.
