I had a great experience

The team are fantastic. Very helpful during a daunting and stressful time. Clear explanations and friendly atmosphere through out!

There are some pleasant people who work for Create but I regret using them for a number of reasons and would not recommend them:

You have to phone a switchboard each time although there is a patient coordinator you can't speak to them directly.

Doctors appointments that are half an hour long always start late (often by 15 minutes and then you just get a rushed 15 minute session)

Trying to get clear information and guidance is very difficult and often conflicting. It was only after insisting on the 15 minutes of time missed due to my last late running appointment that I found out I needed extra tests before implantation that no-one had told me about before, I would easily have had the implantation without having them and been at a disadvantage.

Another time I was advised one thing by the doctor and a completely different thing by the embriologists and then told I'd have to decide to go with one or the other with an hour's notice with no further support or guidance.

The Manchester clinic has signage telling you to park in a neighbouring carpark, what they don't tell you is that that only two floors can be used or you'll get a £65 fine. When I told them they should make the guidance clearer they didn't care.

I wish I'd used a different clinic for a better patient experience and clear support.

The whole Team at Create were great. They were friendly and made me feel at ease throughout my treatment. If I ever had any questions (via email or phone call) they were quick to get back to me. On the day of my egg collection the surgeon and the rest of the team were so nice and the whole procedure was over really quickly. They were chatty and made me feel at ease just before to help me feel calm and after when I was in recovery they constantly checked on me to make sure I was OK. 5 stars for them :-)

The staff at Create Wimbledon were amazing.
They were caring and empathetic to our situation and always welcoming when we saw them.
Hannah was lovely and helped wherever she could throughout the whole process. The nurses were FAB! Particularly Izzy and Katherine :-)
Dr Rostom was very approachable, knowledgeable and always had time for us to answer any questions we had.
Overall we had a lovely experience and would absolutely recommend.

I've had the most positive IVF experience through Create Bury and Wilmslow with a special thanks to Emma and Elizabeth at Bury. Both of whom have been supportive, understanding and caring throughout.

From the start everything has been clear and well explained. There has been easy access to communication for any questions I have had, along with prompt and proactive responses which have meant I have felt reassured at every step.

Edyta is so lovely - I felt at ease for every appointment, she explained everything so well during scans and for treatment. Communication was brilliant, she was always available if I needed her. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ABC to anyone!

we went to create as my sister had also used them and had a good experience, both of us older ladies and we were made to feel at ease from the first consultation, no judgement about trying for a baby later in life.
Victoria and Helen that looked after us were brilliant, even answering emails and questions after we had a positive pregnancy test and had been handed over the the NHS, nothing was too much trouble.
We decided to go with an egg donor. and although the waiting list was up to 6 months they found one matching our criteria within a few weeks.
The process is quite long and can be be worrying at times, but they were always at the end of the phone or email to answer any concerns.
Overall a very good experience, very caring team, would highly recommend.

We froze embryos with this clinic as I have low ovarian reserve. I can honestly say it was a great experience. I had a few consultations with other clinics in the area, all of which made me feel scared or that I was running out of time (I'm 29 and in one case left the doctor's office crying).

I had a consultation with Dr.Tamer and immediately felt at ease. The treatment itself was a lot quicker than I expected- just over a week of injections and then in for collection.

The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive. It is a scary process to go through but I felt in good hands with the team at CREATE.

Thank you so much to the team at CREATE Manchester. We had 8 eggs collected which has turned into 4 embryos waiting for us.

Great doctor and nurses, got to choose music and running on time

Been treated in this clinic a year ago. Took me some time come back to this moment and to write this review. Awful experience, lack of empathy and professionalism. Under Create Fertility you are just another number where they don’t care your situation and can not provide patient centered care. We choose Create Wimbledon base on location and good reviews - however many scans and egg collection been redirected to St. Pauls! Patent coordinator changed twice, not contact, no respond to emails upon several calls. Each appointment l was seen by different doctor who didn’t know my name and case, lack of information been given, have to dig and keep ask for update, no reassurance. Been found with difficulty ovarian access, however any steps to resolve that been taken, procedure of egg collection been done by new qualified consultant who never saw me before and failed!! Follow up over the phone no face to face!! At the end we received the email that solution which was use for semen wash was faulty!! No sorry no apologies! Giving one star only for the nursing staff. Been thinking to repeat treatment with the same clinic but we were not offered any new approach so we tried somewhere else where received much better care.

Amazing experience, friendly staff and made us feel at ease. Only thing we would say is it would be nicer if there was a clinic closer to Southampton for the procedures. We were advised to avoid stress but travel expenses and cancellations caused additional stress when we had appointments to attend. It would make lives much easier especially for those travelling from the iow to be able to access a clinic closer to home. Overall cannot fault our experience with team associated with abc - we will absolutely recommend the service.

Dr Sedler is amazing !!!! In 3 years I came off the phone feeling understood, listened to and had a positive plan in place! He was sympathetic and very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in great detail! We didn’t end up needing IVF due to Dr Sedler’s recommendations prior to starting which was Folic acid 5mgs, aspirin 75mgs and progesterone suppositories from a positive pregnancy test! We got pregnant the first month trying this ! Currently pregnant with our miracle baby and all is well so far.

We can’t thank the whole team and CREATE enough! Emma was amazing during our initial consultation, Elizabeth was our patient coordinator who has been excellent, and Dr Sedler- we can’t thank you enough for being so caring, compassionate and giving us this little miracle!

Highly recommended if anyone struggling with infertility/ recurrent miscarriages get in touch with the CREATE team- they will help in any way possible.

Hands down the best experience we could have asked for. Everyone was super lovely and went above and beyond to make me and my husband feel safe and looked after the entire way through our process. They checked up on us and treated every concern and question we had without delay which really made us feel at ease and calm the entire way.

Went to see Nisha for a scan earlier today and she was professional, caring and compassionate. She listened attentively and explained everything in detail. Thank you for your kindness during the appointment.

As anyone going down the path with will know it’s a long road and one that is an emotional rollercoaster.
It took us a long time and so much research in finding the right fertility clinic that works for us and at the right price it was very difficult, however we came across Create Fertility and it seemed like it was meant to be, it wasn’t too far for us for appointments and knowing the we had to travel to Bristol for the transfer wasn’t a big deal.
We booked in a scan and got a quote, we had ICSI with a donor egg and the process was straight forward the price was good and the staff were great! Everyone was lovely and made this process so much easier.
I would like to say a very big thank you to Debra Jefferies who made me feel so at ease and made this process so personal she is an amazing women who made this process special.
After one transfer we welcomed our baby girl! We are extremely lucky and couldn’t be more in love. We are so grateful for the team at Create for helping us on this journey. I would highly recommend anyone dealing with fertility difficulties to Create you will be in great hands. Good luck on your journey.

The doctor the staff everyone was so humble and helpful throughout the treatment .

The staff are really friendly and understanding. They took the time to listen to our past and why we were making this decision.
I felt safeand at ease during the whole of my consultation.

Efficient in answering any questions. They learnt the cycle well and changed the treatment when needed and advised accordingly.
