Where is my bag? review without delivery?

I purchased my Crumpler bag, got the receipt and now i have to write a review? DHL didn't ring my doorbell yet. According to their information the bag is still somewhere in Germany.
Today febr. 9, still no movement at DHL, one week after they collected the bag.

Hello,

I just had a look into this case. We gave the parcel to DHL on the next day after you ordered but it seems DHL takes a bit longer in your case.
According to them the order will be delivered soon.

Anyway, the emails you received regarding the invoice and the review are created automatically a cartain time after orders have been shipped. Of course you shouldn't receive them before you get the ordered goods. I'm sorry to hear that it didn't work out in this case.

I ordered the Geek Deluxe Briefcase 14 inch. The bag reached Russia in two weeks.
The bag is very high quality, beautiful and comfortable.

I've been a Crumpler fan for almost ten…

I've been a Crumpler fan for almost ten years. My first backpack accompanied me to dozens of places and countries. I even used it as my gym bag at some point, haha. Recently, I bought the Road Mentor as an alternative for cabin luggage and an urban choice to arrive in great style at the office. Keep shining, guys! ✨

Very nice bag

Very nice bag, havent used it yet, but it looks like a good quality: zippers works smoothly, material is good, usefull pockets.Colour in reality looks even better that on website. Looking forward to use it.

POOR Customer Service !!

I already own multiple Crumpler bags since 2008. Quality is decreasing year after after as well as warranty (first bag was bought with a lifetime warranty...). I got an issue with one of my last purchase (Dinky Di Messenger S bought with a Messenger M).
Bag as been sent on Nov 13th for warranty examination, more than 1 month later, no response from Customer Service (even after few mails / messages on social net.)
I guess it will be the last one...
Now, I'm just hoping that my bag will be send back !

EDIT: As per Crumpler's reply, I received an email on January 10th regarding my bag that should be sent asap. February 3rd, I still haven't received it... Neither on March 5th....
Finally, I received it repaired on March 9th with a postcard to excuse being late and a Crumpler Keytag as compensation.

No customer service!

I bought a “Shape of Character” bag on July 10. Within 3 months the fabric was worn through.

I Returned the bag in agreement with Crumpler on October 23. According to the shipping service the return package was delivered.

Since the I’ve had absolutely NO response from Crumpler. They don’t reply mails or calls.

So, now I have no bag or refund, only frustrations!

I ordered a laptop sleeve for a 16 inch…

I ordered a laptop sleeve for a 16 inch laptop, but it was much to small. Mislabelled? Something wrong, anyway. I received at first a dismissive answer, and then, when I explained further, no answer at all.
That is p... poor service!
