Great experience let down by dismissive follow up.
Very easy move from my old insurance company to this company.
Easy to understand, helpful and pleasant person on the phone completing the details.
My only criticism would be that after emailing me a request for some information-which i supplied-They failed to answer a couple of questions i asked in relation to their request for information. They simply replied with 'We now have all the information we need' so a little disappointing really. Let down an otherwise text book process.
