I have purchased many cars, I mean many over the years. I have just dealt with “David James” in Newcastle upon Tyne for the second time this year. On both occasions it has been a fantastic experience dealing with Kylan “Sales Executive”. Highly recommended David James for your next car. Kylan went over and above my expectations on what I have experienced at other garages in the past. His attention to detail and professionalism was second to none.

Took my car for a service and advised I was looking to sell, they reviewed while getting serviced and gave me an offer higher than any part ex I'd been offered to date. From service to purchase both departments were excellent. Service manager Jamie and the purchase from Kylan, both very professional, efficient and appreciated my situation. Answered my myriad of questions and it was never an inconvenience. Paid off the finance and the difference was in my bank within hour. Comms have been great and 100% would use again. Highly recommended.

Sold my car though CarWow to David James Limited. CJ at David James was absolutely fantastic. Instant communication keeping me informed at every step of the way. A really great experience from initial contact to collection of the car. The money was in my bank account almost immediately and there was no haggling or trying to change the amount at the pick up stage. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Picked up my x-trail yesterday after coming down from Scotland,did everything on phone and online with ash.
Wasn’t disappointed when I picked it up guys had the car looking like new,few chips on bonnet but they gave me money back to pay for repairs.

Had my Epace in for an oil and filter change today 26March, very friendly staff. Modern workshop and and a good price.

These people to not even care about your welfare two fractures fingers and all they thought about the money lied to told what to do by a member of the accounts there’s better people out there as a have now found out so if your thinking about buying a vehicle go some else still pending on court action
