Recently sold my vehicle to David James Cars. Dealt exclusively with CJ - and I cannot fault the process, attention to detail and customer communication. CJ was involved in the process from start to finish, and I could not have asked for a better experience. CJ kept me in the loop from start to finish, and did exactly what he said he would, and in an almost immediate timeframe.
Very good and refreshing experience.

Had the pleasure of dealing with David (owner) and his son CJ, recently. It was CJ who dealt with me from start to finish, and although a young lad following in his fathers footsteps, the young man knew what he was talking about, how to handle clients effectively, and did so with a real energy and passion and not the standard cringey car sales patter.

CJ was incredibly responsive via the business WhatsApp and to be honest, that worked best for me personally.

Can’t thank the chaps enough for the smooth process from start to finish, highly recommend.

Was welcomed into the dealership by Kevin who was very easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable and very laid back not pushy at all.
An hour later I walked out having bought a beautiful 1 series bmw that was In immaculate condition.
Totally recommend dealing with David james and (sammy johnson) Kevin in the future thanks for a five star experience.

David James bought my car this week and the whole process was fantastic. I had been burned recently with another buyer who had let me down so it was great to have confidence in the porcess right from the off. Kylan at DJ contacted me right away after the Motorway Auction and confimred everything, and told me timescales. The price was very competative also. Would definately recommend.

David james bought my Volkeswagon from me which I advertised on autotrader, they offered me a very fair price and paid a deposit straight away.

They collected the car today and the money was in my bank straight away, I realised my MOT had expired on collection as I just had a service i didnt realise until it was mentioned by the guy who collected it. I fully expected them to try and knock me down, they didn't they paid the full asking price no quibbles. I would highly recommend and would 100% use them in the future. Thank you for a 5 star service.

Brought a car via Davidjames. Received the car, clearly had not been valeted and transport company did not look after it at all.
Received some money back.
Not long after having the car the brakes started making a grinding noise, needed new pads all around as they were very low. Also needed 2 new front tyres as was only just legal. (No advisories on the mot) received a part payment for front pads and that was that. Was not a cheap car and would be very hesitant to use them again. Much better dealers out there.
Shame because it was a car I’ve always wanted and good spec.
