I was Feeling completely out of my comfort zone in organising a remortgage myself as usually I sell up and move but this time I wanted to stay. Having been trapped in a mortgage prisoner situation for years, paying on an ever increasing mortgage that was never being paid off I was at a complete loss and convinced I would never get out of the situation I was in.
