The price is great compared to other breakdown services. Being a Blue Light Card holder, I thought I would save a pittle bit more by entering the discount code. I was rather confused when it became... See more

Rescued me when my car broke down. Prompt service and good after care. Recommended.

Straight forward website to navigate, prices very competitive, took the add-on accident cover for potholes etc which I didn't realise was a thing.

Just joined so haven't experienced the service

I wanted to purchase the single person policy but couldn't because my car is too old. Surely they should be an option. If I get a newer car then I can change to the single person option for an extra £5

Extremely disappointed, this morning I left the car for a short period of time to do some shopping, came back to my car with a flat battery, when I called I said to the customer service assistant that the hazard lights were flashing and was refused recovery as I was told it was my fault I don't actually know for sure if that had caused the flat battery, it's likely a sign that the battery is not holding a charge but they insisted they had to take that as the reason why and was my fault, the only way they would come out was if I paid an additional fee which would cost £150 or more! I've been with this company for several years and have never made a claim with them before, it's absolutely disgraceful, never had a problem like this with any other breakdown company, they did everything they could not to help - all I can say is steer clear of Emergency Assist, I certainly won't be renewing with them ever again.

Broke down due to serious engine fault ,I and my 93 year old wheelchair bound Mother with severe dementia and minimal mobility was left stranded when refused to assist recovery because ten days previous I had to ask for assistant due to faulty battery although fixed at roadside ...But this battery fault was deemed connected to my serious engine fault.Which clearly was not the case. Very difficult as well explaining to there customer service assistant. If I could give nil stars I would ,absolutely disgraceful....
No return call from there manager or complaints department,as I had requested....
From a very much disillusioned customer ,whom certainly will not be renewing his policy ..

The person I spoke to was very knowledgable and was able to explain everything about the cover very clearly. The price quoted was very good for the level of cover when compared to other well known companies.

Great service and fantastic price . Good to know all my break down service is taken care of
the breakdown service is very very reasonable but when i broke down i worried about the service i would receive.I neednt have worried service was quick, friendly and i was back on the road again in no time
I had a very poor experience with this company’s emergency assistance. I was left stranded at the roadside while working alone, visiting patients, which is completely unacceptable.
I reported a loud banging noise from the front left wheel, but I was told it “doesn’t sound mechanical” and they refused to attend. That response was dismissive and put me in a potentially unsafe situation.
It’s clear why they are cheaper than other providers—you simply won’t get them to come out when you actually need help. It makes me question what their response would be if this had turned into something more serious, such as an accident or injury.
Very poor customer service, and based on this experience, it seems to be the norm. Emergency Unassist - I will not be renewing my policy.
Decided to cancel this policy and spent 2 hours waiting on phone! Gave up in the end! If they try and take the renewal I will just do a charge back.
Absolutely awful company and if i could give them less than this i would. Once they’ve got your money they have no problem with leaving a single woman at the side of the road broken down and didn’t even care that I was a carer getting to vulnerable people who needed medication and personal care. I was basically told it wasn’t there problem as I’d had my car to a garage previously to try and fix the problem. Disgusting customer service
Compared to other company's it's great value for money. So easy to sign up Excellent service Thank you
