From first finding the website, the whole experience has been professional and friendly. Sarah was super quick exchanging emails with me and keeping me updated. I am delighted with the necklace made from my horses tooth - a very precious item as he has now passed away. Very happy customer.

I ordered a ring and bracelet to remind me of my boy Rebel who passed away recently. Sarah was so helpful and pleasant through the ordering process and sent me photos of the bracelet and ring to check I was happy before she sent them off. I can honestly say they are even more beautiful in real life, the fit is perfect and the quality is wonderful. I couldn't be happier with them!

Friendly and Professional Service

I ordered a horsehair ring and bracelet.Sarah was extemely helpful and responded to my queries promptly and efficiently. The jewellery arrived earlier than expected and I was very impressed with the quality and design of both items. The only issue I experienced was that the prices on the website do not appear to include VAT and it was only when I went to the checkout section that I realised that it had not been included.

Communication was excellent. Compassion for the situation was excellent. Meeting expectations was excellent. Cannot fault anything about the service and my ring is a beautiful reminder of my boy who was part of my life for 18 years - part of him is with me forever. Thank you so much for your care, compassion and respect. X

I love my ring it is special it has some of my dogs ashes in resin to look like a diamond and my late horses tail plaited around the outside of the same ring. Very different and so well made. The bracelet is made from my horses tail with silver clasp and this is beautiful comfortable to wear. The whole process of selecting the jewellery and ordering and then receiving was so well organised. Would recommend highly.

Sarah was brilliant with fantastic communication throughout, my jewellery is beautiful and she took great care of my irreplaceable horse hair. Highly recommended.

I was heartbroken with my experience with ordering my jewellery from here. I ordered my bangle with my heart horse's hair in, a keepsake I asked for my birthday. Sarah was initially helpful and I chose to measure an already fitting bangle. When I received my bangle, it was huge. It was not the size I asked for at all. I messaged Sarah politely and she was incredibly abrupt and would not offer any advice.

Due to lockdown I have only just managed to get it to a jeweller to see if they could resize it - however it is impossible to resize smaller which is what I need.

I am gutted as bangle is clearly not the size I ordered and Sarah was not helpful in rectifying this matter hence why I went to the independent jeweller.

I received my horsehair necklace today. The hair was from a horse whom I adored and lost 27 years ago. I’d kept the hair all this time waiting to find just the right thing to make with it!
I am absolutely delighted with my necklace. It is stunning and I’m so pleased that Sarah could make something with the very short piece of hair that I had.
I was anxious about sending the hair away but I am so glad I did. The necklace is amazing and the left over hair was safely returned with the necklace. I would definitely recommend this company.
