Ted from the store in the crescent link retail park in Derry was a brilliant help to us and very friendly. He made our experience very comfortable and we were very well informed on our options and how our payments would be processed. My wife and I came in to EZ Living at the Holywood Retail park looking to sort out the bedroom of our new home, not really sure what to be looking out for. The Mr Dylan Rhodes approaches us and proceeds to give us the most useful and honest help and insight as we look for a mattress that suits us. He was approachable, friendly, knew his stuff, and just a pretty great guy.

Easy to put together. Malaga garden set. Customer service excellent. Only thing not being it 5 stars was there was some scratches on ratin, some screws would not align to screw holes. Some of the ratin around the legs needed taping to stop it unraveling. But overall great.

We travelled from Ballymena to view the outdoor furniture but unfortunately the item we wanted was not on the shop floor. The amazing and friendly Caoimhe went above and beyond to ensure we purchased an item that we were totally satisfied with. We could not recommend Caoimhe and Kate enough and are a great asset to the business. We were greeted with a friendly welcome and we left with a brilliant purchase.

I was thrilled with my egg chair unfortunately they were some missing parts which were quickly replace.A lady called Katelyn dealt with it, she replied immediately to my emails so thank you.
I couldn't find one in the UK as nice as yours the only downside was the tax and delivery charge but it was worth it

Iwent to ez living furniture store as we wanted to replace our current mattress. I was surprised at the amount of choice in the shop. It was a bit overwhelming but the sales advisor was able to refine my choice as we wanted a very firm mattress because of my husband's back problems.she was very informative and polite but not overly pushy.told us to try out some which would help make our choice. Got a good deal and a quick delivery date .
Very happy with my experience would recommend this company.
