Replacement Plug Received after Faulty Original

Update **** 10/1/24 ****

Well done Fairybell. Tackled my issue with a faulty transformer plug. This was dealt with and a new plug has successfully been delivered.. Lets hope this one holds up better than the last..!

Thanks for your reply.. Yes, I'm definitely referring to Fairybell (as well as Twinkly). Perhaps both transformer brands are made in the same Chinese factory??

Poor Quality - Plugs are faulty - Don't buy from Fairybell

I spent alot of money on a large Fairybell tree. Knowing that the tree is only on display about 4 weeks out of 52, I didn't expect the transformer plug to stop working after 1 week in December! The 3 year warranty should be valid....

I live on a busy road and have many people commenting on my Fairybell tree, asking where I got it.
As it no longer works I'm forced to tell the story of how the plug no longer works after very very light use and Fairybell products are of poor quality.

Poor quality plugs and transformers are unacceptable considering the cost of the total product.

I recommend customers think very seriously before purchasing from the Fairybell brand. The quality of product doesn't seem longlife..!

The Fairybell christmas tree was… delayed until after christmas

The Fairybell christmas tree was scheduled for 22nd Dec, which was really good. But then the delivery company sent a message to say it had been rescheduled for 27th Dec, so here we are on Christmas day and no fairybell christmas tree.

This review is for a new transformer to…

This review is for a new transformer to replace an existing one which has developed an intermittent fault.
The product took longer than expected to arrive but.... It's Christmas! The annoying part is that the cost of delivery was close to that of the product itself. There was no other choices other than UPS.

Weeks on and still awaiting delivery of my parcel through your shipper, UPS.

Very responsive service team

We have had the tree, which we very much enjoy, for probably 5 years. This year one string of lights failed and the current components are no longer the same. However, the team in Holland were most helpful to identify, offer and expedite shipment of the adaptation items that have allowed us to replace the string. Very quick to respond when contacted. No complete new tree required.

first bit of wind and the pole snapped. Poor quality definately not worth the money. Have tried contacting the company and no response

Lovely product

Lovely product. Looks great and had some great feedback. Disappointed that it was supplied with a European plug for use in the UK.

Poor Delivery

Ordered an item nearly 3 weeks ago. Still not sign and all I am told is it stuck at depot. you would expect them to go out their way for a more accurate delivery time.

Replacement part

The original 8 into 1 connector for our village Fairybell tree were misplaced. I went on the company website and ordered a replacement set. The set that arrived had a different screw fitting, the parts list did not show any different designs. I emailed the company for advice. . I have not received any correspondence other than this survey.
Fairybell have now offered a replacement and an explanation of the design change, thank you Fairybell and Trust Pilot.
