The concept is good and it’s well…
The concept is good and it’s well enough put together but they supply a pvc pipe to make the ground holder . It’s not adequate as it breaks easily . I fixed the issue by ordering a similar pipe in Aluminium from a specialist supplier.

The tree was like the description…
The tree was like the description however the picture wasn’t. We bought this for a care home garden for residents to sit at the window and watch but was really disappointed with the lack of lights on it, for the money we paid we thought it would have had more lights like the picture.

Stunning Flagpole trees
I ordered a Flag pole Christmas tree from Fairybell, which wasn’t the cheapest, but looked quality from the pictures.
Upon delivery which took only 24-48 hours it became clear just how well made the product is…
My wife was that delighted, that we ordered 2 more, a stunning look for Christmas.
So easy to erect too, I’m absolutely delighted.

Excellent service
Excellent communication and customer service. My poles came in a separate parcel that got lost. Fairybell processed me another without question which arrived as predicted. Top quality company with a top quality product and would use again!

Not great considering the Cost!
Delivery was so late we almost missed Christmas. Instructions to set this is are very poor. Even the online videos are bad.
It surely can’t be that difficult to send a set of decent instructions. Disappointed considering the cost. The actual item it still under review. It’s only been up 1 day so let’s see if it stand the test of time.

Hi Phil, we are sorry to learn you had to wait 7 days for the delivery: we see the order was in Cardiff 2 days after you placed it. Due to this being an export/import it took longer than usual.

I am very disappointed with the response from customer service
I am very disappointed with the response I got from fairybell after an issue that I had with my 4mtr tree, it basically said that I must of put it together wrong and to reshape the wire ring that holds the top of the lights up. I am an engineer and I think I can follow instructions how to to put this together, I would say that this wire ring is not fit for purpose if the wind gets up a bit

Great, where is the flag pole?
Arrived in timely fashion, lights are great and look good, have not been able to set them up as designed though, was not clear on advert that flag pole did not come with lights! My festival pole is too flexible for weight of lights. Will get a pole for next year!

We love it
Delivered as promised, with updates as it was en route. We watched a video clip on how to put up on our flagpole and it was straight forward for the two of us to do. We love it and we are getting lots of compliments from our neighbours.

They are not Christmas trees - they are only lights. The pole to make a tree must be bought separately.
Misleading to sell the lights without a pole which is a fundamental part of the whole product. It is not clear enough on the description and the website. They are not LED Christmas Trees, they are LED Christmas lights which can be a tree if you buy another product.

Tree lights
My tree lights arrived and a section wasn’t working. I would have expected them to be fully tested before dispatch as they are an expensive item. Disappointed as the result was I didn’t have my lights for a celebration. Now waiting for a replacement part. Let’s hope we can sort them out. I would have preferred a complete replacement.

Excellent light show
Light tree delivered in good time, instructions not very good just a series of pictures but once assembled all was clear, took twice as long as recommended to assemble but when switched on in the darkness well worth it, the light effect is excellent, although fairly expensive I would definitely recommend this product
