Great support to get replacement parts under warranty

I first purchased my 3m 480 led twinkle affect tree in 2021from a UK store, I have put the tree up this year and found some of the leds on some of the strings have failed. I got in contact with the UK store and they said they only gave a 12 month guarantee, so couldn't help. I then found out that Fairybell gave a 3yr warranty and got in contact with them, this was on the 6/12/23. They apologised and said they would send out a replacement free of charge. Today, 8/12/23 it arrived a brand new tree. Thank you Fairybell for the way you handled this for me 5 star service.

Overall the product is ok.
I was hoping this would be a 5 star product but unfortunately its not quite what I expected or hoped it would be.
It is advertised as a .co.uk website but everything is shipped from Europe. Delivery took a week and the packages arrived via UPS over 2 days.

On opening the product the instructions are a little poor. I expected a little more than 6 pictures.
It all went together quite well though.

The product itself is advertised as manufactured completely in the Netherlands but it seems to have the exact same cabling and fittings as a cheap £12 Ali Express projector I purchased last year online.

You do get quite a few parts for the price but the quality is something i will need to keep my eye on. With them offering a 3 year warranty it does give me.

On the bigger plus side it looks very impressive and for the price not too bad.

Ordered a 6m tree, lights and extension in January 2023 on behalf of a village. Unfortunately I didn't receive the 2nd box (box 2 of 2) which contained the most expensive element, the lights.

I Unfortunately didn't realise this until late November when I got the box out with the intention of putting the tree up in the village green.

Yes this was an oversight on my part as I should have been more diligent, however, after several email exchanges apparently there was nothing at all fairybell could do, so I've had to spend another £350 plus to get a new set of lights, no discount offered, no enquiry, nothing.

Good product, but I think the customer service side of things could be better considering I was initially messed around a little in January with delivery too, resulting in my oversight.

2nd delivery in Dec 23 was good and speedy, only took 4 days, just annoyed that there was no decent after service or good will gesture etc.

Absolutely rip off! Selling products for hundreds of pounds that should be tens on pounds!!!

Would have been five but a missed delivery cost me a days wages

Hi guys, it’s a brilliant product but I have one piece of feedback, I unpacked and erected as instructed but it wasnt hanging right at the top which affected the look of it. I took it down and laid it as flat as possible in the order it came and found that two of the segments were placed incorrectly, I put them back in the correct order, erected it and I can say it looks fantastic. 👍🏻 it took me 40 minutes in total to work out what was wrong, and to correct it. 👍🏻🎅🎅

Great website that enticed me to buy . Product arrived by courier and all good . Easy to assemble and put all up last night . Can send a pic anytime . Just sorry , I missed out on your recent 20% discount prices as product is premium priced but worth it .

Bought the 4 m “flagpole” tree, as my home is not grand enough to have a flagpole , I had to purchase the pole with the tree, and I have to say I was slightly disappointed with the quality of the pole as when purchased separately it’s £120+ unless of course the pole included with the tree when bought together is different . Also instructions are very vague or more like hyraglyphics . The YouTube instruction is a must for anyone who’s not comfortable with this type of assembly. These points aside I am quite pleased with my purchase and is an impressive sight when lit

Fantastic customer service- very fast replacements sent when tree found to be faulty. The company we bought from also sent us the wrong colour and fairy bell were very accommodating.

I bought a fairy bell nearly three years ago, some of the lights had failed. I contacted fairy bell with the issue and they replaced the lights immediately without argument. It was still in guarantee but they seem to be a pretty good company
