Brilliant product and excellent service
We had a number of questions regard the Christmas Tree we required. Our emails and queries were answered really promptly and we were able to make the right choice for us. Our tree was delivered very quickly and we are looking forward to putting it up soon.

Excellent delivery & service
Excellent delivery & service - very prompt. We are delighted with our tree however the ground stake supplied was brittle plastic & not strong enough to be hammered into the ground even though we protected it with a wooden top. It broke above j below ground so we had to fashion an alternative. The end result, despite that, is stunning!

Pole snapped in 15mph winds!
The Christmas tree pole snapped in lights winds. Tinkerbell responded by saying that you have to take it down in force 6 winds. However it's only 15mph here today. Really poor show just 4 days before Christmas.
ps I was also stung by having to pay £57 import duties (later refunded by TB).
