We saw a holiday advertised, that we were interested in. As my wife's birthday fell during the trip, it was going to be a great birthday present (and earn me some 'Brownie Points'). It was close to the offer expiry date, but Natalie worked hard to book us in on the date we had chosen, only to find that tour had been booked out. Natalie researched other dates that this tour was on and found one that was suitable, however, it clashed with other plans we had made. More research by Natalie found another date that suited us even better, as it fell on our wedding anniversary. (I get to keep those Brownie Points after all). After all the changes, we were still able to book our travel just before the offer expired. This was entirely due to Natalie's hard work. If she hadn't done all that research, we would've probably put it in the 'too hard basket', and not bothered with this tour.

The purpose of this letter is to provide strong support for the consultant Jas Day for the service that she provided me in booking my trip to Hong Kong and Thailand for professional as well as personal reasons.
Please note that you are free to use this letter for any reason. I want people to know how awesome Jas is! I am an academic and consultant in marketing with a strong focus on digital. My standards of service for me and others are important.
This trip was particularly difficult to book this was because in February 2026 my partner Sarah suddenly died when she was in Hong Kong. Sarah was 54 years old, and we were engaged to be married. It was and is very tragic.
Since February I have been engaging in some form of recovery from this traumatic event and while this will not change, part of rebuilding life has been about my career. I was waiting for Sarah to come back from Hong Kong, and we were going to build a new life together in New Zealand and other places. So, my life can best be described as having many balls in the air. With Sarah’s death, many of those balls came crashing down to earth.
Only up till now that I have started to gain some momentum in terms of my career, and a big part of that is an initial interview in Thailand with a university. Next week. I decided to go to Thailand to go to the interview at my cost, but also take some time out and have a holiday as well, as well as wait for other opportunities to emerge.
However, when I came to start booking the flight, it was very difficult because of the trauma. In fact, I found it impossible to book the trip. I decided very randomly to send an email to the Flight Centre for assistance. I have never used the Flight Centre before, and to be honest, was a little sceptical. When Sarah was alive, Sarah handled all the bookings as she was a well-seasoned traveller.
I was really impressed with Jas’s response. Within minutes Jas picked up my inquiry and actually spent the time to call me within a short space of time and we had started to book and arrange the skeleton of the trip, and throughout the process I was able to ask many different questions, and Jas was able to quickly satisfy my questions and concerns. Jas took my ideas and uncertainty and elegantly made it a reality.
The trip was done in a quite quick and timely way, and that is my belief that around about the same price emerged compared to if I had done that myself. Less the stress and trauma. Jas did things in a professional, kind, timely, and compassionate way. It was a pleasure to work with her and Jas completely understood the reasons for my trip, my context and the difficulties that I was facing.
So I was really happy to receive an email yesterday to just follow up about the trip and Jas was going to follow up with the accommodation providers and there were also some additional questions that I had asked. Brilliant service but most of all it helps me feel calm and excited about the trip.
Jas's service was incredible, and I strongly hope and advise that she be congratulated for this within the company. I will use Jas again, and I will make it my mission to tell other people about Jas and her performance. Jas is a great example of what a sales consultant should be and serves as a high benchmark to other staff.
In a world becoming devoid of authenticity and with turmoil, conflict, uncertainty and hardship around us. People like Jas make the big difference.

I have been planning our holiday to Samoa for 6 adults and 1 child, for 10 days. I have been dealing with Liston who has been an absolute legend. He was always there to answer any questions, and would always provide me with options about accomodation.
