I was disappointed with the outcome as…
I was disappointed with the outcome as the original dimensions that I had requested were 75 x 105 centimetres. The automatic response was that I had to order to a standard size and that my dimension couldn’t be achieved. I was given a standard size in which to work but should have read this closer as it was in millimetres and when the product was delivered it was one tenth of the size required. It cost me £16.75 in total with delivery charge. I did ring but was told that they were sorry but nothing could be done. A very expensive mistake which I will put down to experience!

We're sorry to hear that the delivered product's size was not what you expected, you ordered a picture mount only and entered your aperture size as 91mm x 61mm and the external size as 111mm x 90mm, and this was the mount received. In your review you have given a size of 75cm x 105cm which is 750mm x 1050mm a much larger size than you entered when ordering. We have made no error on our part.

Good but some issues
The wooden frame is well made and good quality however the glass piece is scratched… and the mount was 3mm out so I ended up paying another 30£ for a new one.

The frame is very good but not the wall mounting.
The frame is very good. Thank you. The problem is the wall mounting. You supply nails with heads that are too small, so they fall through the holes in the wall mounting. This is the 2nd time I have reported this, so I was disappointed that this problem was not put right after my first report a year or more ago.
