went in for work cover hearing test

went in for work cover hearing test. 1st test showed i had hearing damage from work environment.THEN i received a letter saying i would be receiving an amount which was in letter, for work cover hearing loss. then had to attend another hearing test and online interview with DR Fagon who must have been 85 years old. was then told no compensation. no contact from company of course ,just BLA BLA ! for online reply.

We found the experience easy and we felt comfortable with the staff they all explained each process clearly , the appointments were all on time and the product was excellent, very easy to use and to clean , the hearing aids have made our life much more fulfilling , thankyou

1st time Hearing aid fitting.

Hearing aid fitting For the first time. Clinitian was warm & friendly in her approach. Made me feel at ease. Knowledge of product & how to use products was easy to understand & navigate.

First ever hearing test

First ever hearing test but I had no issues and generally felt comfortable through the whole process. It was no surprise to me that I had some loss of hearing after fifteen years in a warehouse office.

I went in to have moulds of my ear…

I went in to have moulds of my ear canals taken Vicki was really nice to deal with and professional while not waisting time. The only issue I have was the three cancelled appointments that I had booked previously. For each appointment I had previously made, I had also made appointments with my GP for an ear wax flush. For each of those, I’d been preparing for a few days prior with wax softener. So I’d had to prepare for appointments that I’d booked, then had to cancel those bookings. Each time I was cancelled, the caller was very apologetic and understanding of my frustrations. Overall, I’m still very happy with everyone who has looked after me through this process all the same.
