I have been insuring my professional equipment with Glover&Howe since 2010. Every policy amendment and claim is dealt with promptly and professionally and while they may not be the cheapest in the market G&H offer a great product, the flexibility I need and their customer service is simply outstanding (special mention to Rachel W.!).

As a previous reviewer has stated Glover and Howe Ltd are very friendly and easy to deal with, either be e-mail or on the phone. Their raters were better than my previous insurer and, while I haven't had to make any claim, I feel confident that I would be treated empathetically should it arise.

I have been with G&H now for 5 years, and their professional service, excellent efficient admin and friendly communication has always been great. Fortunately I have not yet had a need to claim, but I suspect and hope that will be dealt with in exactly the same way.

Emma and Luke both answered my emails quickly and went out of their ways to ensure that I had hire equipment for a foreign assignment. Absolutely fantastic service. I just wish they could pay by bank transfer rather than cheque.

I have hold a photographic insurance policy with this Company for over 23 years. In 2010 I had all my kit stolen off me in Barcelona and spent 3 hours in the police station, but had no problem with Glover & Howe paying me to replace all that equipment.
Would happily recommend them.

The only time I had to make claim it was also dealt with very quickly and without question. Thoroughly recommended.

I have not had to make a claim - so I cannot comment on that side of things.
However, as far as admin queries/policy changes, etc - the service is prompt and professional.
