I've been with Glover & Howe for my camera insurance for several years. Always had great service and a competitive rate.

I've used G&H for a few years now, with regard to my business insurance. Their customer service is excellent and they remain competitive each year. Professional service and would highly recommend.

Been with them for years and now my son is with them.Very professional & efficient, but friendly service. I called them from Palm Springs when I dropped a lens, they said 'do what you need to do, we'll sort it when you get back!'Turned out it was just a cracked filter, but still....

I've had pro-photography insurance with them for several years now and have had no complaints at all. The proof of the pudding is probably how they react when you need to claim, but thankfully I haven't had to yet. Long may that continue.

Easy to deal with, quick to respond to emails, best price at the time - have renewed with Glover & Howe 3 times now. Only improvement for me would be having the option to pay online.

I have been with G&H for over twenty years and found their service excellent. I've made only one claim and that was settled without any problems at all.

I am new to Glover & Howe but my initial impressions are of a friendly, efficient team who devote good attention to both detail and customer service. I have only recently decided to insure my photographic kit because it is all becoming so expensive to replace. I have not had significant losses/damages before and have not had reason yet to claim from G&H. While I very much hope I shall have no need to claim, I selected G&H after reviewing three other photo insurance providers and concluding that the G&H package suited me best.

Prompt and very efficient service. I have had had to claim in the past and this again was dealt with in a very satisfactory way. They may not be the absolute cheapest but as with all things in life you sometimes buy cheap and buy twice. When a simple knock could break £2500 worth of kit it is a small price to pay

I have been using Glover & Howe for a number of years and while I have fortunately never had to make a claim , they are consistently the most competitive for price. The staff are most professional and a pleasure to speak with. And, the only time I can ever recall dealing with a company who has stopped the standard recording of the conversation when taking my credit card details|!

For most businesses, insurance should just be a box ticking exercise - who wants to have to make a claim? We all want it to be as cheap as possible, especially when we're unlikely to make a claim - BUT - we all want to feel secure, and be considered professional, ethical and above board. AND - we all want that priceless attribute - CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN IT MATTERS. I haven't experienced, (touch wood), having to make a claim, and I hope I don't have to, but so far, I have found Glover & Howe to have that personal touch, it's great to speak to the same person and not be held in a queue. I also feel confident in asking daft questions and being totally honest without fear of being ripped off.
