Excellent knowledge, who knew a mortgage deal could be locked in, well in advance of a fixed rate renewal. 2. Great understanding of the market, his advice was spot on! 3. Acting proactively & delivering his promises -Andrew ran all the rates on the first day possible, as promised. He then found the best deal, being persistent in getting hold of me to agree the rate. The next day the best rates were withdrawn and hiked up. 4. Great communication- Andy has kept us informed at every step and continues to manage things through.
5. Being a genuinely nice bloke, who builds relationships through trust & listening to what’s needed.
Considering there have been 2x increased interest rates between securing our rate and the actual renewal date, making the call to Andy was the best financial decision I’ve made. I would not hesitate to a) recommend him to others b) use him as our mortgage broker until he decides to retire! Thank you

Andrew has been the most helpful, professional, exceptional person throughout our mortgage experience.
