Disappointed
Wanted to refresh and switch drivers on my set of vapour wheels. Ordered new parts for front and rear hubs as recommended by Halo when I gave them the hub numbers from my wheels. Parts they sent for the front hub don’t fit, and the order for the rear hub was incomplete. 7 days after reporting the missing part of the order and I’m still waiting. Disappointed the initial advice was wrong, and disappointed with how long it’s taking to correct.

Totally excellent customer service and after market support I've had some of my wheels for way over 10 years they're the strongest I've ever owned Spoke to John this week and they supplied me with the right parts on how to adapt them to my new bike and guidance on how to do it. A great UK company
