Love my ring and the fantastic customer service that Heavenly London give

I ordered a ring ahead of christmas, it was the wrong size. I emailed in as I had a couple of questions. Had instant replies and helped me do a new order and sorted a refund for the old purchase. Really good service and the ring looks brilliant. Thanks so much!

I asked to return a necklace that I purchased well in advance of my partner’s birthday. She wore it a couple of times (and looked after it) and one of the links came away. I asked what my options were, I was told that there’s a 6 month guarantee and that I had to get it fixed elsewhere. I emailed back at my disappointment that Heavenly couldn’t help in any way, never even received a reply. Unfortunately have taken other jewellery purchases elsewhere as a result.

The best imitation diamond ear studs and tennis bracelet I have ever bought.
Often when you order on line the items never look as good.
These look even better and are an incredibly good price.
Beautifully packaged with instructions on how to look after your jewellery which is very helpful.
Very easy to order and efficient in every way.

Light weight and just what I wanted. Clever design that can be a clip on or used for pierced ears.
The box is small and not as smart as a jewellery box usually is.

Had trouble with the website not working properly but the customer service was excellent ordered my item for me and invoiced me. The necklace arrived within a few days and was nicely packaged and looked beautiful.

So much work must go into conceiving, designing, sourcing, producing and marketing them.

I very much admire all Maddy (a busy mum of two young children) and her fabulous team have built. I truly love the brand for their ever evolving designs, the creativity, quality & price point but it must be said their service is the best I’ve ever come across in the industry. So personal, super reactive and always willing to help. They go above and beyond in everything they do. Everyday. I’m a fan, as are all my friends and family now!

Earrings are beautiful. I had them in silver already so knew how stunning they are but I treated my mum to them in gold & they’re even more stunning, if that was even possible! Customer service is exceptional too, not just their products are amazing, can’t recommend Heavenly Necklaces enough :)
