Most items damaged…
The items were packaged on the pallet very well but most of the sheets where damaged. One was spilt in half. Which most have been done before transported. Packaged very well with corners protected.
Weren’t very impressed.

Great company amazing systems
So we have noisy neighbours for 5 years. Tried moving but didn't work out. Fitted Tecsound system to adjoining wall in lounge and now the noise is very muffled from them, at least 75% less. We are thrilled. Ikoustic sent the perfect quantities of everything and was all on time and undamaged. Heavily recommend to all

Great company. After we placed our order, they called to make sure what we bought would do trick. We had overbought for the job needed so they reduced our order to suit and refunded the difference super quick and without fuss. Great ethics for a company, would highly recommend an dwe will be using them again

got a set of mute pads to go under my…
got a set of mute pads to go under my smart turbo trainer for cycling, this is used in the spare room upstairs in the house wooden floor carpeted. Prior to install their was considerable noise downstairs due to vibration and sonic noise from peddling on the trainer, to the point upsetting other family members. After fitting these pads under the stand of the trainer and front wheel of the bike the noise has dramatically reduced as has all vibration, this has not just helped noise throughout the house and disturbance to others but smoothed out the ride feel for myself during use. I have tried various other products but these are the only thing that has worked.
The pads are adjustable and highly durable, I expect them to last for years. Well worth the cost.
They also came with free advice on how best to set up and use them, something not always supplied.

Mute mat 2
A medium sized order of mute mat 2 tiles.
The order arrived on time and was well packaged. The individual tiles look to be well made and as described. All the tiles were however covered in dust, one looked to have been dropped in the mud before shipping and several tiles had minor gouges on the blue foam. All of this is disappointing and irritating but I don’t expect it to impact the performance of the tiles, I just have to clean them all.
