Never even received my order? Was supposed to be delivered on 28th July still says pending payment? Why hasn’t the money come out and been processed? Don’t know what I’m supposed to do now?

Order Never Arrived and never received refund

Called the company on numerous occasions (spoke to a different person each time) and was told they are looking into it and would get back to me that day.
They never got back to me.

I have emailed on 2 occasions and despite and automated response saying they will get back to me within 24hrs, still i have not heard back from them.

such a shame as i am always trying to support local businesses.

I am still waiting to hear back from customer services nearly 2 weeks after recieveing my order that I am not happy with. I have emailed twice and called the florist directly. Hope to hear from them soon regarding an exchange of my dried flowers.

The artificial grasses were incredibly messy to unpack and I believe they’ll be bald very soon from all the shedding 😞

I brought some dried flowers for my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day and they were beautiful. The flowers were presented really nicely in a box.

Amazing bouquet of dried flowers!

This is my first order. Sadly one stem of pompom chrysanthemum had all its petals in the box. Doesn’t sound a lot but when only a handful of stems it is disappointing. Berry stems very dried out after only one day.

The system messed up my order so when I emailed customer service they researched the issue and resolved quickly. Mistakes happen and they worked to find a solution. Ged was great!

They didn’t arrive when expected. Also my recipient has text to say some of the flowers were badly damaged!!! This may be the delivery companies fault and Ixia need to look into this.

I ordered the flowers online from Australia, it was so easy and the team at ixia were fantastic. It was a beautiful bouquet and they added some eucalyptus leaves which was a gorgeous touch.

These flowers were a present sent from overseas. The recipient was away for a couple of days when the flowers were sent so some more flowers were sent when they returned-excellent service
