We have bought Ixia flowers on a few occasions for family and had great reports.So I bought some for my wife as a surprise and I must say they are great.
The service was speedy ( they actually delivered for me the same day) and so so friendly. The flowers themselves were amazing and my wife can’t stop raving about them..
So I wouldn’t use anyone else except Ixia.

Easy to order on the website, received a call to inform me that there was an issue with the ability to deliver the flowers on the agreed delivery date due to stock from their partners not passing quality control checks. However they were very helpful in offering the option of a substitute or waiting a few days until they received new stock. I chose to keep the order as is and flowers arrived in the timescales they shared. Great level of proactive service!

The flowers were lovely colours but the bunch looked smaller than the photo advertisement. Also the hydrangea was quite squashed. The packaging was good though and nice to present it in a box.

Always love bouquets from Ixia! The staff are so helpful and try really hard to create special bouquets for every occasion. I got a box of beautiful dried flowers. They arrived really quickly and were safely as well as beautifully packaged.

Delivery promised for Mother’s Day never arrived. £13.95 paid for Saturday delivery and nothing. No delay notification, no sorry. Just 3 kids with no gift to give their Mum on Mother’s Day. At £90 would have expected better.

My go to for flower deliveries. Have used them multiple times and never been disappointed. Flowers are wrapped and presented beautifully and always arrive in pristine condition. Price has increased for single purchase option since the last use, but as a one-off/infrequent user, it's not that much of an issue.
