Beautiful plants & flowers, friendly service
I've taken a star off for the high price of delivery (for plants) and because the plant I ordered wasn't available. The service from ixia saved it though. The team called me to let me know and offered me a few solutions including a refund. I chose to send a different plant which looked really beautiful when my friend shared a picture of it.
All in all, lovely plants and flowers. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've ordered. Previous orders have been perfect.

Flowers looked great but they had the wrong message
Flowers looked great but they were sent as a gift and had the wrong message - and one that was wholly inappropriate. Fortunately the recipients knew we were sending them flowers and asked us if they came from us. Otherwise, they would have had no idea who they were from. The recipients told us that the flowers were great and ixia did apologise for sending the wrong message.

Love love love!
I ordered the dried white flowers and they're beautiful! They came so nicely dressed and packaged - felt like a real treat! I also liked that I could pick a delivery date. They look perfect on my mantle piece and I will treasure them for a long time 😁
