Dear Patricia, as per our telephone conversation please accept my sincere apologies for the box of flowers you received. I have looked at the photo you emailed and the Lisianthus is most definitely not up to our usual standard. As we agreed we will be sending a replacement box on Wednesday 1st July to arrive on Thursday 2nd July.
