A fantastic set up and the staff in the…
A fantastic set up and the staff in the Urmston branch are just brilliant - we had a slight hiccup with the first order but they just jumped on it and sorted it out immediately. And the flowers put a lovely smile on the children’s Nana’s face every month. Keep it up guys!

Received flowers for Valentines Day…
Received flowers for Valentines Day from Ixia. They arrived on the date and time requested. Message was handwritten, this surprised myself as it added a personal touch. The flowers consisted of red roses, were fresh and still in good condition days after. Would highly recommend Ixia Flowers.

Extremely happy with my purchase
Fantastic service with brilliant communication throughout. A real personal touch which the recipient of the plant I ordered really appreciated. It came with advice on how to look after it and the lady I spoke to sounded really care about plants and how to look after them. Absolutely perfect transaction and I'll only buy followers from Ixia from now on.

I came across Ixia flowers at the RHS…
I came across Ixia flowers at the RHS Tatton. I thought I would send a friend some flowers for her birthday on the 21st Oct 2020. I placed the order on the 20/10/20 @22.40. She never received the flowers. I contacted Ixia to enquire where they was. The manager phoned to say they couldn't send them as from weds-Sun it costs £12.50 to send the flowers. She recieved them over a week later. Pretty poor service and very dissapointed. Customer service not the best either not forthcoming to rectify issues. Some of the filler flowers was withered at the ends. Overall i am dissapointed, let down and wouldn't recommend you from my 1st experience in dealing with you!
No phone call recieved as per your reply from this review. However no surprise given my experience with you.
