Since I took house really it is amazing stress less staff so kind and professional.

This was a rental property, we do not live nearby but Jones Robinson were very helpful and responsive to queries during our sale of the property

This is the second valuation Jones Robinson have done for us. The first was in 2022, but we could not find a suitable smaller place for the price.
They contacted us early last month, and suggested a new valuation. This they did, but for us, the same problem still exists!
However. Both were carried out efficiently and they were very helpful.

We had a very long and difficult time with my sale, over 6 months, mainly due to problems with the buyer and their solicitors. Paula Rudge applied herself diligently to my case and definitely helped through the difficult times with her caring attitude. I think I may have given up if not for Paula. I would use this company again, just for Paula.

I recently had a successful sale through Jones Robinson in Newbury. It was a difficult sale with this falling through once and extending over some time. However, Jones Robinson were very helpful throughout (and patient!) and a special shout out to Paula who delivered weekly updates and chased both solicitors to keep progress going.
