I have been blocked on the kikki-K…

I have been blocked on the kikki-K Instagram account. Now I suppose you are wondering what on earth I did in order to get blocked. I will tell you, no I am not a troll, nor have I been leaving nasty comments on every post. I dared to speak up because people’s comments including mine were being hidden. However the marketing staff and product developer were leaving glowing reviews on a lot of the products with 😍❤️emojis all over the posts. This seemed very unauthentic to me. Now I know you are wondering wow, were they nasty comments people were leaving. No the comments were things such as I really used to love your brand but it’s been a long time since I bought anything. My thoughts are that ever since Kristina left the brand, the quality of product and design went down hill and I voiced that opinion. I wasn’t the only person that had this opinion, but I was the one that was vocal about it. Clearly most of the the old loyal kikki fans were not buying from them anymore and they had most likely/possibly gained a new customer base as they started putting out a real mismatch of products dog leads, pet coats, rain umbrellas, lunchboxes and nothing was cohesive. I missed the old kikki k as I used to spend a lot, and the thing is I am still using my beautiful products to this day. If this is how I am treated though for daring to have an opinion I am appalled and I don’t feel I can support a brand that does this. However I will not be silenced, I have a voice and I intend to use it, they can block me all they like but I wont be silenced. By the way pass this on to your friends….. 🤣🤣

I’ve been using kikki k calendars for…

I’ve been using kikki k calendars for many years and love them. This year you’ve switched to pare/soft cardboard. It is not strong enough to hold the calendar. It fell off hook after one week. I will never buy another calendar from this company unless they switch back to original quality.

STAY AWAY

Purchased some products from Kikki K 6 weeks ago and still haven’t received my order. If I have purchased something from Sweden 6 weeks ago, I think I would have received it by now.
The service at Kikki K has gone downhill since it went voluntary administration and being bought by Brandbank Group. Very disappointed.

Absolute joke of a company

Been waiting over 2 months now for my order ,the only correspondence I get back from these jokers are excuses why I haven't received my items ,they said I can either wait or get a refund ,I gave up hope of ever receiving the items I purchased, so I told them to give me a refund ,1 month later I'm still waiting on my refund!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE FAKES ,and they deserve a minus 10 score

Online orders not sent

Do not order anything online with Kikki K. Online orders just aren't sent, and trying to get help from customer service is impossible. I'm now fighting for a refund and resorted to lodging a Paypal dispute to get my money back. I'll never buy from them again, online or in store. Really terrible company.

Awaiting refund still for cancelled order

Used to be brilliant company. Order on 18 August, and order just say processing, but payment was taken straight away on credit card. Kept trying to cancel with then 5 working days was up and still no dispatch. Every day an operator either said I couldn't cancel, or that I had cancelled and a refund was issued. Eventually on 27 August received email confirming refund was processed to credit card and order cancelled. Now 17 days on, no refund, and no way to contact them anymore as business seems to be in administration. Hoping credit company can get me my £99 ($200) back.

USELESS NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I should've read the reviews before i purchased from their online store. It's so disappointing. Their products are so expensive but the customer service sucks! I sent them a bunch of emails inquiring about my order but I never received a single reply from them. This is the worst customer service I've experienced so far. Why did they even bother doing an online version of their store when none of them seem to give a damn about their customers?

DO NOT ORDER FROM ONLINE STORE

Absolutely appalling customer service practices. I live in AUS so I didn't receive any import fees, however attempted to query what had happened to my purchase after 1.5+ weeks of no shipping information being provided despite me only living a state away from their depot. After countless attempts to email and call which were all ignored, I finally got a hold of a "Guest Experience Team Member" on live chat, who said my shipping information would be sent that afternoon. Guess what? Next day, still no shipping info. After again querying this on live chat, I was given the exact same expectation. When I asked what would happen if I came back to them again tomorrow with the same problem, the response was "Oh well we can refund you then." WHAT?? Just ship my product!! Ridiculous customer service, stay well away from this site.

Absolutely shock online and costumer Service…

Absolutely shock online and costumer service in the UK. I wish I had seen the reviews before buying.
Before you confirm payment buyers should be informed of the custom duty which oversea buyers would be charged. I don't how this company is getting away with this. I'll be going to the Consumer Watchdog.

I bought two pens from here

I bought two pens from here. Both dont work properly. The ink cuts out while I'm writing and I'm left with a patchy mess that you can't even understand what its supposed to say. SO SO SO dissapointed as I can find better bloody pens at Kmart.

Out standing service today from…

Out standing service today from Dayananda. (Southland store )Not only was she friendly when walking into the store her service was outstanding. I have managed retail stores most my life and based it around great customer service and this staff member was amazing. She needs to be recognized for such great service, it’s great to be able to give positive feedback back as it doesn’t happen often. If you get to read this Dayananda thank you so much you made my day.

Deplorable business practices.

Completely non-transparent at the point of sale. No mention of items being shipped from oversees. No mention that additional taxes are to be paid. The first I heard of this was in my confirmation email. When I contacted them to cancel the order they do not respond and direct you to an article that basically say tough luck!
This type of business practice is deplorable and I will be informing all of my friends and family who have previously used this brand to avoid!

customs demand

Just got a customs demand from DHL as Kikki failed to inform me that there was £20 additional charge which made the diary rediculously expensive. Kikki must sought out their pricing to incluse customs charge.

Misleading and dishonest

Unfortunately I did not read these reviews before purchasing from this company.
Totally misleading website promoting free delivery but failing to outline import tax. Bombarded with email demands from DHL for additional online payment to receive goods.
Poor customer service on top of that.

Don’t order from here

Don’t order from here! They ship from Australia which isn’t clear when ordering So you have to pay huge taxes on the items, before they are delivered. Then they missed off an item on my order. When I complained about all of the above they refunded the item and offered free delivery next time (they offer free delivery when you spend over a certain amount anyway!). I am now out of pocket because I had to pay tax on the missed item! They take ages to reply to emails and don’t bother checking or replying to their social media. Absolute joke of a company!

DO NOT USE!!!

DO NOT USE!!!! In Australia and used Kikki.K website to order a gift for a friend in the UK - selected the GBP option! The item shipped from Melbourne Australia and I got slugged almost 50% again for import duties. It is not made clear that goods are coming from Australia - what an absolute rort! Next stops are the ACCC, Facebook and News.com. Thanks Kikki.K - I have been a regular customer in the past but look forward to sharing your terrible practices with anyone who will listen.

Extortionate import duty - do not purchase from their international website

As with the other reviewers, I ordered a diary on their international website (I am based in Ireland) for a price of EUR16 and a delivery fee of EUR18. I was then informed by DHL that I would need to pay customs duties of EUR38, which exceeds the price of the goods and freight. It baffles me that a tax could exceed the price paid for your goods and result in more than doubling the original price. Kikki K does not warn you of this properly at the point of sale and this is disgraceful. They should be reported to the Australian consumer watchdog. I will never buy anything from this company ever again (and I have been a loyal customer for over three years).

Terrible Quality Products.

Unlikely the other reviews, I was lucky and did not get any import taxes. I was aware that there was a chance of them but at the time of order, I thought it was worth as I had ordered a B6 planner previously that I fall in love with but needed to upgrade to a bigger size due to the lack of inserts. I was shocked to see that the quality of the cover/binder wasn't what I used to. I was unable to open the binder rings without brute force - which in my opinion renders it useless and faulty.
I contacted customer service on as I want a refund but I don't feel like I should pay to get it shipped back. It's been over a week and I still haven't had a response.
