Mindfulness Toolkit - What a joke!
Purchased the Mindfulness Toolkit for a gift, I am so embarrassed by the contents, a notepad with half a dozen quotes, 5 crappy cards with quotes by well known 'inspirational' people, and a pen which must have cost 2p.
Don't waste your money here, they are taking us for a ride!!!

Messed up my order twice.
I originally ordered 5 items, shipping to WA was prompt. However, when I opened the package only 2/5 of the items were what I actually ordered. They sent 3 items that I did not order. I emailed and got a response fairly quickly from Blessie, once I gave them my details the emails stopped and I didn't get a reply until a week later once I left them an instagram comment and multiple follow-up emails. The manager for guest experience, Dan responded and ensured me that a replacement would be sent. Today I received the package but still only managed to have 2/3 items I ordered. So basically my order was messed up twice, I'm not sure how it happened but it needs to be cleared up. If you have a kikki-k store near you, I suggest going in and buying what you need rather than buying online.

Very unhappy with the online purchase experience
Very unhappy with the entire online purchase experience. The online delivery address field is so rigid that it only recognize the address in their database. If your address does not happen to be in their database, you can try keying in manually but upon checking out, the system will automatically overwrite your address to what is according to their database. I believe it’s not just me who encounter this. And their online support hotline/ customer service do not operate on weekends. I bought my product on Friday. The system processed my order over the weekend without anyone attending to my emails. It was such a helpless situation. In the end I got an email from them that they can’t do anything as their logistics dept have shipped out the product on Saturday?!

Dont waste your money
I've tried calling three times and left a couple of messages. Still not received a call back. I've also tried submitting my complaint using the online form, but this doesn't seem to be getting through either!
I've received my order in really bad condition. The planner came in a jiffy bag, not a box like my previous order of planners. The back slit where the notepad goes is torn and frayed. The insert tabs are all bent and creased. The inside lining is of poor quality and scuffed at the bottom.
Overall the product is of really poor quality. This is a really expensive planner which is meant as a gift, but I will definitely be returning this. Waste of money and no one from Kikki K seems to care enough to put this right.
Stainless steel water bottle - bad product
I bought the STAINLESS STEEL WATER BOTTLE JET BLACK: ESSENTIALS. I strongly recommend against it. Firstly it's too expensive for the poor quality, liquid spills out of the top all the time. Doesn't close properly. When you add a cold liquid, the bottle gets extremely wet on the outside because of the condensation. It's very messy! I can't use it and I can't return it. Leaving a review on their website doesn't work as they do not post negative feedback or reply to unhappy buyers.

I have ordered twice now from Kikki K. I love their products but they do have shipping issues and the delivery is always massively delayed. They offer a discount off the next order which is minimal and also expires so they're essentially trying to get more business out of you when you have only just placed an order, even though there are issues with the delivery. I thought I would give them a 2nd chance but given then issues I wouldn't order from them again.

And the customer service reply me, sounds like it is not their duty to take care how their Australia post, sounds like their duty is done, nothing they can do except waiting for the investigation, It has been a month now, and seems like is going to continue for more than 1-2 month... They have send what I paid, but not include the shipment. Have you ever see a brand like this?? Amazon refund when they found out the package is lost. but Amazon has never having 1-2 month investigation on shipment. Have you see any brand will let customer wait for 2 month? because they ware waiting for the investigation to find out where is the package goes..
Very Pleasant Experience
I ordered personalised items which I am aware take longer to make before shipping however it all arrived in less than a week with no problems at all. The only small issue I had was with the sign up as they were offering a £5 welcome voucher which took them 5 hours to send through rather than straightaway. That being said, their customer service team were very friendly and helpful in their response when I asked about it.

Don’t even attempt to place an order. Extremely poor service, very delayed delivery, no response to countless emails or voicemails (if you can even get to leave one on their ‘full’ mailbox) and finally order turned up with only one item of a ten item order and no packing note to indicate what might have happened to the rest! But happy to take my money and high delivery cost immediately. Previous order turned up eventually with no packing in an oversize box and the box partially opened....
Kikki.k need to review their own goals
Agree with all the other reviews terrible supplychain. High delivery costs, slow service yet they keep on sending out marketing material. I Expect this company to exit the UK in the next 12 months at this rate of poor customer services and poor reviews on glass door from their staff such as this advice for management:
“Stop trying to expand in the UK and focus on the quality of standards for your current staff to make sure they are getting the best they need. You were getting too ahead of yourself.
Treat your staff better.
There is this sugar coated layer around kikki.K from the outside and all looks amazing, but underneath it’s just chaos and no organisation”

Awful, avoid! Buy the products through John Lewis if you must but honestly, the company is a joke. Your order will be delayed by 2 weeks onwards.
Disappointing
I bought a notepad and a pen as a Kris Kringle gift for somebody and had it directed to their address. All that arrived was the notepad. I asked my friend if the parcel she received looked tampered with. I was told the packaging was fine so a theft during postal phase was ruled out.
I thought perhaps they may send the pen separately later. Turns out I won’t be receiving the pen as after I emailed and asked where the pen was they sent a generated email saying order returned (what the) and I’d be receiving a refund for the pen. Not happy. I ordered a pen and one would assume a company dealing in stationary could arrange to send a replacement pen out. KIKKI K HAS LOST ME NOW!

I’ve been a supporter of this brand for a while which is why I feel so let down by the lack of customer service.
I’ve ordered 2 items, paid the ridiculous £6 in delivery costs and here I am over a week later waiting for even a dispatch note. I’ve emailed and emailed and none of my questions have been answered. I’m disappointed and it feels so ironic as many of their products are supposed to be helping consumers live a less stressful life and here I am writing a review of them and getting frustrated over where my products are.

Poor service. Very slow delivery times which were not warned about in advance, meaning my items have not arrived for Christmas as required. Other items have been unexpectedly cancelled. Very disappointing, I am unlikely to order online again as I have had previous problems with online orders.

Poorest form of customer service
Do not order from Kikki K. I made an order on the 6th of Dec and hadnt received any correspondence regarding delivery. I tried calling them at least x10 yesterday with the phone just ringing! I sent a fb msg on Wednesday and they only responded late last night with there is delays and order time frames. Then what do I receive today? A cancellation of my order!!!!!!! They were gifts for teachers so I needed it delivered by end of school in which the timeframe provided by your company the latest I should have received it was 17th.. this Monday and now im stuck with no gift at all!!!! Never again. Poorest form of customer service I have ever received. I will make sure everyone knows about it!
