Hidden customs duty liability
Placed an order yesterday on the UK website. After I had paid for the order, I received an email to say that my order was being despatched from Australia and I will be liable for customs duty. The customs duty will increase the total cost of my purchase by a third.
This was not made clear when I placed my order - indeed, I had no idea that my purchase would be despatched from Australia. There is no mention of this fact anywhere obvious on the website. This leads me to suspect that information about customs duty liability was concealed deliberately, in order to temp me into making a purchase that I would not have placed if I had known the full facts. This is appalling practice from a so-called professional company. Although I am a great fan of Kikki K products and have purchased many items in the past, I will never again purchase from them. Avoid like the plague.

Although I really like Kikki.K products, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. After encountering a problem with a promoted discount, no assistance was given and the response was little more than 'Really? Oh, well.. you've missed the promotion now, anyway.' Really? Well, you've now lost one more customer.

I am still sorry about this Kikki k. Never again! I finally received my order after threatening to go to our trading standards. I think you owe us all a huge apology for the way we have been treated in the UK. A mere pen just does not cut it!!

So surprising reading these reviews! I bought my kikki k planner two years ago and love it. Bought another one for my mum a few weeks ago and it arrived within days. Went back and ordered #2 for myself and it arrived today. Love these planners and all the accessories!
Shocking practices
If I could give this company no stars, I would. My review like so many others on here shares the same sentiments.
Order placed 28/02/20 and I have not received the order almost 3 months later.
During this ordeal, I received a dispatch notification a couple of days after having placed the order. Two weeks passed without an item or an update from Kikki-K, so I emailed.
I was initially told there was a problem with their UK distribution company, "not to worry once it was all sorted the item would be dispatched ASAP". Weeks went by without an update. About a week after COVD-19, a generic email went out to all customers advising that the company went into Administration. The email did state, please either respond confirming whether or not you would like a refund or happy to wait.
I opted to wait.
The next generic mass mailer email went out saying 'Nope sorry, no refunds, you'll just have to wait"
I appreciate these are challenging times for us all. The experience I have had with the Customer Service Team has been dismal. Emails explaining how it is challenging for them to deal with because of x,y & z but no focus on how the customer may be dealing with the predicament.
If you are one of those customers who opted for a refund and told it would not be honoured - ignore this. I contacted Trading Standards, Watchdog and my bank to highlight these practices. I strongly recommend pursuing the matter further to get your money back. I ended up contacting my bank and requesting a chargeback.
I have left this review because I am very disappointed and angry with how Kikki K have dealt with this matter overall and I can see I am not alone.
The best planner I’ve had
I honestly love Kikki K so much. I switched my planner 2 years ago and have never looked back. The planners are so well made and so easy to customise to your own personal needs. It’s also super easy to find Printables online to use in them. I’d highly recommend to anyone who like me has an obsession with organising things and also a bad memory!
Terrible company
I placed an order months ago it never arrived and l am still getting emails saying my order is on it’s way when it clearly isn’t. I have repeatedly asked for my money back and nothing it’s criminal.
Worse costumer service
Worse costumer service. Ordered from them a few weeks ago. And when I go into my order history account it’s saying I haven’t ordered anything. YET THEY TOOK THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT! Tried calling them and nothing. Emailed them. Nothing. This company is the worse and I will NEVER EVER order anything from them again.

I ordered a diary in early February and received an email confirming that it was on its way. I still haven't received it, or an email confirming the tracking number. I emailed them to ask when I was likely to receive my order only to receive a message requesting customers to be patient at "their busiest time of year" "over the holiday season". I suggest they change their customer message, or better still respond to individual messages with proper individual replies. Extremely disappointed with this appalling service and certainly won't be buying from this company again.
Still waiting
I ordered diary and calendar at the end of January and I had to chase for the tracking number. There’s no sign of the order being given to Royal Mail. I’m still waiting for my order and it’s the 15 February. I wouldn’t recommend ordering anything online from Kikki-K
St Pancras Station - lovely store with lovely staff!
I love popping into Kikki.K in St Pancras Station. It's my one stop for cute stationary and I've always received a pleasant experience.
The staff members are all really lovely, even managing to personalise a Christmas Present when I was running really short on time when the store had high footfall. The quality has always been great for me and I look forward to popping in again.
Poor quality work with no response from customer services
Edit: The response from Kikki.K came a month later, and they refunded the embossed notebook.
I ordered two monogrammed notebook holders from Kikki.K but the embossing did not come out very well - the bottom of the letters were very faint.
I emailed Kikki.K twice to try to rectify this issue, but they did not respond. I am very disappointed with their service.
Really positive experience
Ordered an item on January 20th and just received my absolutely stunning calendar. The only issue (hence 4 stars) is how busy they seem to be. After ordering an item, I received an email with confirmation of the item being shipped (January 22nd) but no tracking number, so having in mind all of the negative reviews, I got a little bit nervous. I then contacted the customer service to ask about the tracking number but haven't heard from them. One day later, the order arrived, so I'm really happy there's no need to wait for their response. I wish they sent an email informing how busy they are or gave the tracking number. Overall, really pleasant experience and highly recommend the products! Great quality and beautifully packaged.
Cheated out of my money!
Appalling customer service - I feel cheated out of my money! I ordered a product at the beginning of December, when they had a 40% off promo code. I applied the code, but upon checkout I was charged the full price. I emailed Kikki K about this, whereupon it took them weeks to get back to me - they implied that I had not activated the code and that they couldn’t honour the code when it had ended (despite me providing the date of my order).
I've paid for a product I have not received
Based on my experience I would not shop with Kikki K again. I ordered a recipe binder and recipe insert cards but when my parcel arrived only the recipe cards were in the envelope. After contacting Kikki K to make them aware of this I have received no response for over a week. I have paid for a product I have not received and received appalling customer service. I still have not received a resolution.

As soon as I entered my email I was inundated by emails from this place. Their products look great so I placed an order 10 days ago. Told to expect email when goods were shipped. Still waiting. No response to my chaser email (but they're still sending me lots of promotional emails). I'd have been quicker walking to the Covent Garden store. Truly appalling. IF I ever get my goods, I shall certainly think twice before placing any future orders. Really not a good first experience with them (and the promised first order discount failed to materialise)

They should not even get 1 star.... but I had to as couldn’t write this. So I ordered my planners (5 in total). I’ve been sent an email to say they’ve been dispatched but no 2nd email to give tracking number (as stated on their website. I’ve emailed numerous times with 0 replies!! I’m absolutely fuming. For such a well known brand they suck at customer service. I have since contacted their Covent Garden store and spoke to an lovely lady today who has assured me that she is going to speak to the regional manager regarding this. This was today so I’m hoping for a response by tomorrow but given that it’s taken them nearly a week to respond to my emails ... I’m not very hopeful. They have happily taken my money but not valued my custom. I am angry and I will be letting them know somehow!!

Bought an $85 planner
Bought an $85 planner, The pages clip is faulty and they offered me a $20 credit to spend with them. no replacement of the item or refund or full credit and for the last month I have been hounding them to replace it and have not received any response at all. This company should be closed down with all the bad reviews they have.
