I made my orders on the 4th and 6th of…

I made my orders on the 4th and 6th of December and day after i stumbled across this website which made me worry if I will get my order in time for Christmas. Today (12th of December ) both of my orders were delivered and I feel very relieved , so I wanted to let you know that their customer service is not too bad ( I waited 2 days for response to my email but the issue I had with my order was successfully dealt with ) their orders can get delivered on time , even in such a busy time like Christmas.

Item never arrived

Ordered as a birthday present - item didn't arrive at the time I needed to give it despite being ordered way in advance. Emailed customer service - very slow replies and was told it had been delivered. Asked for more details and still nothing - customer service told me to come back if I still could not find it in after asking neighbors and it would be resolved - I did this and they just stopped replying.

Spent a decent amount of money on my first order - not only did I not get the gift, I had to buy another one! Very expensive mistake - avoid.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience! Ordered a file and some inserts but when I still hadn’t heard anything for nearly a week (dispatch was meant to be 3-5 days) I emailed and was told there was a delay. I decided to cancel my order but this was not acknowledged and have since received the file and it was seriously damaged. I have had my last four emails ignored and have no clue what to do now as I am left incredibly frustrated with a useless product I no longer want. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Save your money and time go somewhere else

Advertised one price on the shop floor for a planner no signs showing it for a one off price for that planner exactly all other planners of that exact colour and size where double that. Totally misleading will NEVER shop with this company customer service is utterly foul. Clearly all they care about is money.

Avoid this company - Expect to Pay big customs duties

Beware - this dishonest company misleads it's customers into believing it's Swedish and is shipping from Europe. It isn't Swedish and it doesn't ship from Europe. We were charged over 20€ import duties from Australia. On the positive side, the products are very nice and we did receive everything we ordered, but we are very disappointed at having to pay the unexpected extra cost. Zero response from Customer Service to our complaint.
Kristina Karlsson should be ashamed.

Good store experience, terrible online experience

I placed an order on November 29th for Christmas gifts for friends and one for myself from my husband. As of January 2nd I still haven't received my order, and I suspect they have cancelled it without telling me.

I received an email in early to mid December saying they were experiencing a high volume of requests for their monogramming service which meant orders were being delayed - fine, but I didn't order anything to be monogrammed. With this email they enclosed a £6 voucher to apologise - but as delivery alone is £5 it was hardly an encouragement to buy something else. At the same time they were still advertising guaranteed Christmas delivery for orders placed by December 13th.

On December 20th I tweeted them to ask for an update on my order and was told it has been dispatched, given a tracking number and told it would be traceable in 24 hours. 48 hours later and it still wasn't, so I tweeted them for an update and was asked to email. The reply to my email was an apologetic reply saying my order wasn't going to arrive for Christmas, giving me a full refund and another voucher for £20.

It's now January 2nd and the tracking number still doesn't work, and instead of my order showing as 'complete' on their website, as they say it will once items have been dispatched, it shows as 'closed'. This makes me wonder if they've cancelled my order entirely, despite claiming it had been sent. I do appreciate that shipping is affected over Christmas, but by this much?

This has been a really poor experience; Kikki K products are a lovely quality and their stores are great, so why is their online service so poor? I won't be ordering from their website again, and will have to wait until I decide to go to London to visit a store to see if I want to spend my vouchers.

Should a company be able to get away …

Should a company be able to get away with such poor service??

I was attracted to this company's quality-looking products when a pop-up appeared in my local shopping centre.

At the end of November, I decided to look at their website for Christmas gifts. I found something I really liked (a glass ornament) and ordered three of them for friends and family.
Almost 2 weeks later, I received an email saying there was a delay due to the popularity of the monogramming service. Sorry, not my problem! I didn't order anything with monogramming, so to me this doesn't seem acceptable.
Almost 2 weeks since my order, I was only told this once they have the money in their account.
I emailed Customer Services, and asked them where the gifts are… I was due to see one of the recipients the following day, and still the items hadn't arrived.
I was told that, as per the website, to experience delays during busy periods. Okay I appreciate that, but again, almost 2 weeks to let me know about the delay is just unacceptable.

It's now nearly Christmas day, the last day I can receive the other gifts is tomorrow (Christmas Eve), and I'm feeling a bit nervous! How embarrassing to turn up to Christmas and not have the gifts that I've paid for!

Such a shame, avoid unless you want to be severely disappointed!

AVOID

I think having a .co.uk address is very misleading, as is the impression of it being a Swedish company. It’s in Asia, like every other terrible website you should steer well clear of. I wish I’d read the reviews before throwing money away!

Expensive, the wait was too long and 50% of the products arrived broken

I ordered a calendar a while ago and I was really happy with it. It took a while to arrive but the quality of it made the wait worth it. So, almost a month ago, I decided to order two teacups with saucers for my office along with some other stuff. As I tracked the order, it took almost 3 weeks for the order just to get out of Australia and when it arrived both of my saucers were broken. I'm not surprised though as the box didn't have a single "Fragile" label on it and the only thing that protected the cups was one layer of bubble wrap. I don't want to go through the hassle of sending it back since it took forever for me to get it. It was expensive, the wait was too long and 50% of the products arrived broken. Probably the last time I'm ordering from Kikki K. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the desk calendar I ordered arrived intact and the fact that it's cute but I am honestly so disappointed. I trusted Kikki K enough to buy porcelain through them and I trusted they would ship it carefully. I guess that trust was misplaced.

They only care about your money

Unhelpful costumer service and unclear and misleading marketing. I tried ordering a planner, pen and dashboard kit and was according to their promotion supposed to get the kit for free as I ordered for over the minimum amount (465 SEK). Promo code worked at checkout but I was still charged for everything. After I contacted them they refunded me the kit but also removed it from my order without notifying me. After even more mails back and forth I got told that it said in the promotions terms and conditions that I had to order above 465 SEK but below 780 SEK, yet that statement was nowhere to be found on their website. If I want to get the kit now, thanks to them removing it from my order without a second check with me, I'll not only have to pay the full price for it but also pay for shipping. Their prices are already pretty high so one would expect them to be a bit more humble and try to fix their mistake - especially after being showed proof that they were at fault from the start. Their mobile website provides a different information than their computer site and when shown this (proof of false marketing) all I get is told that they cannot change the terms and conditions of their promotions - when they aren't even fully displayed anywhere on their mobile website!
Be warned that this website only wants your money and will not hesitate to get as much of it as possible. Don't trust their promos either. You'll be fooled, waste your time and be left with a simple "sorry".
