Great service and entertainment

Andre the bartender was amazing, so helpful with drinks.
Somehow we stumbled across grey amd nephew

And it lead to a lovely night of antics and fun. Cracking guy, amazing advice. Gem to to meet.

We were at Lane 7 Edinburgh today and had a great experience. All staff were very polite and friendly. To top things off they gave us a free game of bowling which was very unexpected. Thank you

No prices on website. Was ripped off with the cost of bowling. Was lied about pool, 1hr game £18, manager said it was £26. No oche on the darts, Dumb little girls employed without a real grasp of speaking clearly. Drinks were shockingly expensive. All in all the worst experience ever. Atlantic bowl is far better, at least you know what you are paying beforehand.. Avoid Lame 7 at all costs.. You've been warned.

Went to lane 7 after booking shooting range in Altrincham venue that's just opened, was told shooting range is broke so booked bowling instead. I booked for 2 at £26 pounds and was told you can bowl until you finish, i said ok. On the day we played bowling and one game lasted only 10 minutes, also the last bowl should have been 3 bowls not 2. So i went back to desk and asked is my game finished, and was told yes. I said to them I was told bowling was on going, must be more than one game? they said that's it. We explained that Atlantic bowl gives you 2 games and is priced better value. They said book again for another game, I said no chance. The drinks are expensive too, so never even bought one. Lager is £6.50 pint unbelievable. Total rip off and the website mentions no pricing on the games at all? this franchise is a con and they exploit to rip you off. There are much better venues out there than this pirate pilfering money grabbing bent unprofessional outfit. Puts even Blackbeard to shame, avoid at all costs.

Absolutely impossible to navigate. I’m losing my mind trying to book.

Far too cramped and terrible ball selection. Stuck using a ball that was too heavy to fit my fingers.

Then to top it off no coffee or milkshakes.

Far better places to bowl.

Great for a date night. This is our 4th visit here being with family as well just myself and my partner, and the staff are very welcoming.
A special mention has to go to Joe/Joey who was full of endless smiles and very helpful in keeping us right, with being bowling and darting newbies, and also Kaitlen who was also very aware when we needed a top up, was always on form! The rest of the staff were also cool af, and the bartenders and also kitchen staff.
Only fault I could find it with is with the gaming machines, some of which were out of order, but to be honest, better that than than the staff compared to other venues.
This is our go-to-fun-place from now on!

First time visiting Lane 7 Victoria yesterday, Ade who was working in the arcade downstairs was a great help with explaining how everything worked, ensuring we had drinks and checking in on us throughout our time downstairs. Great customer service and attentive as some of the games we had issues with.

Enjoyed it Ellie a member of staff was fantastic with myself and my daughter will definately return

Was a bit disaappointed with toilets though aa not clean and no soap to clean hands also floors were slippy as puddles of water everywhere

Brilliant venue. Lots to do, great service and a cool atmosphere. The manager was extremely helpful and very attentive- will definitely return.

The venue itself is decent and prices. The things my group did not like were being told by staff member to start our game ten minutes before our booking time and then getting interrupted every ten minutes by same staff member when we were trying to enjoy our game! Very invasive behaviour. Then when our game ended yes you guessed it the same staff member told us to leave not giving the group time to gather their belongings and prompted escorted to leave! Not a good first time experience here and will definitely be the last! Do not recommend at all!!

Bristol Lane7 - we had a great time here today. The staff were very accommodating and nice to be welcomed with smiles and great customer service. SOH served us and checked us in to our bowling game. She was beyond helpful and based on her great service, we will defo be returning. Thank you.

Staff are so helpful great place to relax and have some fun if your waiting around.

They sent two separate booking invites, causing confusion. On the day, they were being incredibly rude and not helpful at all.

Followed up with a complaint email the day after, no one ever got back to me to apologise or anything.

Never going back here, nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone. Wasted over £100 for a booking we didn't even get to attend.

Me and my friends went for a night out, we thought bowling would be a nice activity. It was a bit odd as the fire alarm kept going off and the music kept cutting out but still enjoyable. One of the workers named Essau really helped us out for the night. He was friendly and a good host. Overall the group had a nice time despite the inconveniences.

Not worth the money. Biggest rip-off since University Degrees.

Waiting que for food was a joke 10 mins, some staff were rude, apart from girl who took my food order was nice and so was the young girl going to tables asking if we wanted drinks. Definitely expensive, not family friendly due to drunk customers acting inappropriate. Some lads came and took over the ping pong table my kids were playing. Cues to long for kids and not enough bowling balls for small
Children. Food was rubbish and alot of arcades were out of order? Overall absolute joke, asked to speak to manager no one came.Tried to put complaint in but no one is interested so contacted customer services but sent me wrong link to complain

Was a super fun time loved every seconded I interacted with Charlotte a lot she’s was so friendly and fun to talk to
