Had a lovely time at lane 7! Staff were lovely and helpful! Particularly Lucy! She was sooo friendly and sweet , should definitely be acknowledged by her accommodation by management! X

Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be accused of SELLING DRUGS.

Visited Bath for the weekend as it was my husbands birthday and decided to check out Lane7 for the first time as we wanted to have a game of bowling.

Decided to buy a drink and sit down whilst we waited and was rudely interrupted at the bar in front of many people by a European/Eastern European (likely Romanian) security guard who demanded that we leave as my husband had been caught on camera in the mens toilets selling drugs.

We explained that this was not possible but this security guard threatened us and was trying to intimidate my husband in to going with him outside which I can only imagine what for.

When i demanded that he shows us this 'camera footage' he refused and did not appear to like my suggestion of calling the police.

He then called for another security guard to come up as we were not leaving. The other security guard (who was very helpful) advised us that we would just need to be seen on the cameras leaving and that we would then be able to come back in again so we could start our game of bowling that we had paid and been waiting for so this is what we did.

When we came back in the security guard was clearly not happy that we were allowed to come back in and again tried to intimidate us by staring at us whilst we were bowling like a creep.

I find it very strange that if my husband was selling drugs as he was accused of, why were we allowed to return? The only explanation that I have for this behaviour is that the security guard is in fact the one selling drugs in this venue and felt threatened for whatever reason by my husband for also not being British and was discriminated against.

I have no issues with the venue itself apart from this one security guard. When the time comes and we return, we hope this security guard is not there 🙂

Evening out , bowling and drinks. 9 of us out, there's also arcade, pool , karaoke, and more. Big shout out to FORTUNE, great host. Thanks.

Great day at Lane7 bullring. So much to do in their new venue. The bar is great & we’ll be coming back again to try out all the other activities.

Be careful! We booked online and made a mistake; we booked for 5 people and we were 4. We paid a deal bowling + 2 drinks per person. I sent email saying I made a mistake and drinks for the 5th person were offered if I could get the money back and LANE7 replied it was my mistake and I signed for T'c & C's. Amazing customer service. No tolerance for human errors. I will never go back but they have kept my £29

Visited Bath Lane 7 after having a meal at near by restaurant for first time tonight. Had 1 drink and 1 game of bowling. Was going to try the rest but was asked to leave because the manager "Joe" discriminates against people with a health issue! He was rude. Made one of our party extremely embarrassed over a health issue they are already in secure about. How he is a manager I do not know as he has very little people skills what so ever. Very very arrogant man and ruins the whole place.
Some of the party we were with go regularly and said they are totally disgusted with the way the manager acted and will not return neither will I.

Good idea and plenty of choice, Like seeing the old arcade style games etc.

Usual Edinburgh bar prices but I guess expected. Can say that toilets were very poor. It was day after new year possibly staff were all hung over !

I expect clean toilets if i’m paying Premium prices. Could understand if Turkey but not Edinburgh.

Staff were friendly but most likely underpaid.

Overall enjoyed the evening with friends but improvement could be made.

Could imagine that rates etc and rent is high for this facility.

Advice to the management is definitely
clean toilets.

This is a must.

We had a very bad experience at Lanes Manchester due to faulty equipment on Bowling (counting scores incorrectly giving spares when pins wasn’t knocked down and when a strike was scored putting a pin back up. We then moved onto the basketball machines for some more competition sadly these machines accepted your card but didn’t count when you scored a basket only 1 out of the 4 machine's worked 🫤 we then moved onto the baseball pitch machine which again was faulty and would often give you a score of zero. We decided that was enough due we had occurred and spoke to a member of staff and said he was not surprised all the machines are broke and when he as a day off he would never come here. I love the honesty from your staff but this is very concerning he told us to go to the booking tills to mention it to them. Which we did and mentioned all the following faults and mentioned they had only been out today to fix the basketball machines so come to look for him self and saw for himself that the machines was faulty and said he was going to reset the machines as that’s all he could do. We had spent over £100 in lanes on this occasion and the only thing that worked was the darts, I’m sure you will have CCTV in all of the fowling places so it will be interesting to see the response and actions you put into place to rectify these problems. I wanted to raise a complaint on your site and give you the opportunity to respond before having to write publicly but unfortunately this is not something you offer. We entered lanes around 3pm and left around 5:20pm on 23rd November 2023

My friends and I , first time at Lane 7 Manchester and we had an amazing night. Very Friendly and helpful staff both in floor and behind the bar great games go choose from, value for money and tasty burgers & drinks!

It’s really disappointing. Lockers out of order - so it’s unable for guests to safely and securely leave shopping items whilst enjoy the facilities. Lockers appear to have been out of order for many weeks. Poor management. And this suggests customers aren’t put in first place.

Filippo was really great tonight . Wasn’t sure what to order . He was very polite .

I had Aaliyah as our host , she was so friendly and welcoming ! She was so helpful to us and made our experience 100x better

Brilliant experience and the manager is so good! He made our experience! This is the one in Manchester would highly recommend.

Adam was really helpful in making sure we got our full hour of karaoke. I explained we waited a little while to get served and he made sure we got the most of our money, he was absolutely amazing in accommodating us. 10/10 service from everyone.

Booked for half 5 didn't even get on the lane for at least 10-15 mins later
Played the game but within seconds of finishing we were told to leave the lane
We was already grabbing our bags which would of been evident so that wasn't even needed
Staff were very rude I think, they have no sense of what customer service is
When I complained they said they were very busy yet there was barely anyone waiting
Refused to acknowledge what happened was rude
Said we just have to leave the lane not the venue but after this behaviour I wouldn't spend another penny here

Will not return. Wouldn't recommend.

We went to Bath Lane 7. We did curling, at the end of the game a staff member said our time was up, however we still had 5 minutes left and wanted one more round, I said this to the staff member who said, times up, that's it, very rude, no customer service skills, so we let it go and moved onto shuffle boarding. At the end of playing shuffle board, we had 2 pucks left to play to finish the game, again the same rude member of staff just came over and removed our pucks in play from the table and said times up, it would have taken under a minute to finish our game, we were level on points, and that was the decider for the win. Really not happy. Shocking customer service, spent around £130.00 on drinks and games in the 2 hours we were there. Customer service really spoiled our evening.

Awful service, got told our booking was for 9.20 then when we arrived got pushed back to 11 with no compensation. The staff were also very rude

Absolutely disgusting service, my friend was falsely accused of stealing someone’s jacket, when this was proven not to be the case, no apology offered. Avoid at all costs.
