Despite the appointment of the annual gas safety inspection has already been booked , Charlotte helped me to arrange another one due to not being home on that day.
She got in touch with the engineer to find the perfect time for everyone. The issue has been sorted in few hours.
It is really important for us to being informed all the time about any action that requires enter into our property, even if we are not own it but renting it.

I would like to say thanks to Charlotte Brassington for dealing with my query quickly and efficiently. Response to my emails were always friendly and professional. My query was resolved quickly too which made me very happy.

They didn’t know where my keys were when moving, they didn’t provide me with all my keys I’m still missing my letterbox ones, wasn’t provided with my codes for the gates either. Was never told when Alyson was off so could never have communication with her or the seller.

Have been a tenant in a property managed by Leaders Crewe and Nantwich branch for 18 months. Nothing has been too much trouble for Jo Lawrinson who has always dealt with any problems cheerfully and efficiently. Would be happy to recommend Leaders to anyone.

Issues with the kitchens extractor fan was resolved very quickly thanks to Joanna Lawrinson at the Crewe branch receiving the report and then organising for this to be fixed. We’ve also had issues with lady bugs getting in a window but these seem to have subsided which Joanna offered her advice on which was much appreciated. Whenever I’ve had an issue she’s always been there and helped so thanks Joanna.

This company has the best employees and also best estate agents in the whole of UK. I moved my family from London to Crewe because of my Job transfers. Their staffs are always very helpful especially Chelsea and JO. Jo is the property manager of my rented house, anytime I have problem in the house she always get it sorted ASAP. Very easy to approach and she possess a good customer relations. Chelsea.. wow.. from the front door that I walk into the leaders hub, she made me felt like I'm home already. Very welcoming words can't express the service I received from both. I just want to say thank you to them. The referencing was smooth.

I'm overall happy with my experience renting flat using Leaders.
There was no issues, and when I wanted to finish early my contract it went really good.
Only reason that I gave 4 stars is because I went for no deposit option and if it sounds as a good idea at the beginning and it was entirely mine decision,I would chose differently now.
