Extremely Unprofessional & Misleading Experience

We had an extremely disappointing experience with this agency. They sent us an agreement and confirmed multiple times that they were fine with a 6-month contract. We showed continuous interest in the property, called, and emailed regularly.

However, at the last moment, they cancelled everything. I had already booked flight tickets for my wife and son based on the agreed move-in date, and now I am at a financial loss.

We even signed up on Goodlord, but the agency miscommunicated to the landlord about a 12-month contract despite our clear and repeated request for 6 months. This was their mistake, yet we are the ones suffering the consequences.

Highly unprofessional and unethical behaviour. I would strongly caution anyone before dealing with them.

Natalie our property manager is very professional at all times - She is helpful, responsive and a pleasure to work with.
