From having the valuation, putting the property on the market and right through to completion I was impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness provided by the Valuation Team (Claire) and the Move Manager (Sue).
I was kept updated during the sale process and all my questions were answered in full by Sue.
Sue also prompted my solicitor a few times to get updates as well.
I cannot thank them enough for what they have done guiding me through the sale process and completion.

We have a very tight schedule of moving into the new property, luckly Hannah offered her great help with efficiency, she made the house moving a lot better!

Quite impressive service so far and I hope they will continue such professional service throughout.

I found that my aggent Hannah Aston Gardner to be very helpful and went out of her way to help me when I was having issues with certain documents and problems I had with filling out the portal all the staff at the branch was friendly and polite and my experience which took 3 weeks from viewing the property to receiving my keys was a pleasure to deal with

UPDATE: after some email exchange, I was finally able to receive a response where they said that I am not in breach of contract nor have I cancelled and they won't enter without my permission.

Their email notification about the property inspection is basically a threat, stating that they will use the keys unless you explicitly tell them not to.

Since this notice only provides a 24-hour window, if you miss the email, they could enter your living room without your awareness or consent.

For the past four months, Leaders have scheduled four property visits with me, but they never showed up.

Now, I just received an email stating that I am in breach of contract, and they can enter the property whenever they see fit due to me "denying access."

I have cameras and a loud doorbell, yet I am wasting time and energy preparing for inspections that never happen. Now, I am constantly anxious, waking up and going to sleep fearing that someone will break into the property.

I always keep my keys in the keyhole, and I no longer have peace of mind.

I don’t know what to do now.
Should I call the police?

Hannah has been a pleasure to work with and has helped me to let my property.
The only thing I would flag is that it's taken 3 months to let but that does include Christmas.

Great service, help and advice from Mark and the team at leaders in Kings Norton. Although we didn’t proceed to sale with the team, due to a probate issue, their knowledge and advice was so helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use in the future!

Overall my experience with Leaders was very good, I’d like to mention Sue Carter in particular who helped navigate a very protracted and drawn out purchase. She continually chased solicitors on both sides and kept me up to date via email and phone, she was always professional and friendly, not matter how frustrating and stressful the process became! In fact it was Sue who was able to eventually push through completion. A big thank you.
Following completion, I emailed to see if the agents had any information regarding electricity meters and unfortunately I was ignored, I did not receive a response to my email. The sold sign has still not been removed from outside my property and we are more than 8 weeks post completion. For these reasons I have given 4 stars rather than 5.
