I am a landlord who has rented the property through Alan Francis for 24 years through Jeremy Cull their MD. Leaders the bought his business.

- They rented the property out to DHS persons and never told me.
- When we had an inspection report from Leaders done after they left there were no issues
- However when the new tenants moved in heaps of problems became apparent (crow bard used to open garage door, side gate missing,….)
- Total cost, £7,200
- Rent owing for 3 months still not paid to me.
- Ridiculous fees….

I sold my property through Paris Harvey at Leaders MK. After calling multiple Estate Agents before choosing, I was tired of other agents sounding just like market traders, and talking with Paris she had a professional and calm positivity that I took too straight away. I was in the unfortunate situation of having a difficult tenant during the sales process, but Paris went above and beyond in not only dealing with my sale, but also a lot of the tenant problems as they arose, never once complaining but just explaining it was as much in her interest to secure my sale. Thank you Paris, we got there in the end, thank you for all your assistance. I would recommend Paris to anyone looking to sell/buy in the MK area

I found in Leaders my dream home to let. They are supportive in every step, friendly and serious. Doing really good job! Amazing!

Scammers - Leaders are the worst estate agent that I have ever dealt with. Lived in a property for 9 and half years and they were trying their best to keep my deposit. I had to go through the TDS scheme to get the money back which took 4 months. I got the money back but they made me struggle!! I would be embarrassed to work for a company like that. The people that work there are not the best as you send emails and they do not respond. Its a complete shambles. People please be aware and stay away!!!

Leaders are thorough and make sure every process goes smoothly according to policy and guidelines.

I would love to leave a review for page, from the 8th of December I reported that the radiator was not working, it was very cold in my flat, I is costing me £50 pounds a week to heat my flat with free standing resistors, called up today and page lovely lady got someone to come out tomorrow morning, the 29/01 how hard was that to do, she got on the query right away, we need someone like page to get the job done, thank you page, sorry Paige

Very efficient

The most unscrupulous estate agent I have ever dealt with. I would strongly recommend against using them. I was told one thing and later blamed for not following a different instruction. The staff appeared disorganised and lacking basic knowledge of their own processes.

Jane Twelftree has gone above and beyond duty with kindness toward an elderly tenant during the past year or so as he did not have the support of family. She has been super efficient regarding legal requirements regarding the end of this tenancy in very difficult circumstances. A Very Harty Thank you

5 Stars for Ellie Maher!!!! I called as I am vacating my property and wanted to know the apportionment of rent I would be paying. She was so accommodating on the phone and provided all the information I needed. 10/10 service, she deserves a raise!!

So... went a viewing of 80 Holland Way in Newport Pagnell, the tenants was moving out and the house was a complete mess, to the point that I couldn't even get into the master bedroom because they were in there packing.

Filled out a form for the property and the agent stated that the property was going to be professionally cleaned etc and that any damage would come from the tenants deposit ( few marks here and there ) so I paid a holding fee and we passed references etc and a move in date was agreed for 17th October 2025. On the Thursday prior, we paid all the extra fees and it was only then that we saw a copy of the inventory.

Mould covered the house and as a result had wallpaper falling from the walls, tenants belongings were still in the backgarden, doors had holes in them and built in wardrobes were hanging from their carcasses. In short, the property clearly had not been managed and was in a really bad way. Again, in short, we managed to obtain all our money back, albeit in writing. Today is day 9 of still not receiving it, thats 4 days after Lauren the "manager" there, said 3-5 working days.

I sent an email, no reply, made a phone call, was too busy, got a reply saying a TICKET was being raised with accounts to ask why, this ticket being raised 3 days after my initial email asking where my money was

If youre a landlord, dont bother, and if you're a tenant, please do not bother. Their entire stock of properties are a joke and an insult to hard working people who haven't been able to purchase.

Lazy, unprofessional and incompetent

I contacted this estate agency to arrange a viewing for a property they were advertising to let. During my first call, the line was cut off and the woman I was speaking to never called back. After several attempts, Katie Bryant eventually answered. She admitted her colleague had spoken to me earlier, but it seemed my contact details hadn’t been taken, very unprofessional.

Katie arranged the viewing but abruptly ended the call. She later sent a confirmation email with the wrong date, which I had to correct. On the day, I travelled from London to Milton Keynes, only for Katie Bryant not to turn up. I called the agency and left a message, but received no response.

Extremely poor service, the staff came across as disorganised, unprofessional, and unreliable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this agency.

Leaders are an absolute joke. What seems like young kids in their first sales job. Never dealt with a more unprofessional agency. Seriously concerning that they are a “professional” company. How landlords put their faith in this agency is shocking, they are missing out on legit tenants due to the lack of professionalism at Leaders. And… If you’ve heard of the “residency” agreement.. please be aware that this is for the agency, and the landlord has no benefits from it. They cancelled my application because the landlord said they want a “residency” candidate…Steer clear!!

I had an urgent house transaction, and being a repossessed house made the process rather painful. I found Joe Frost and his team to be very personable and pleasant each time I called, but my dealings throughout the entire process was with Leo Delaney. Thank you Leo for helping me get over the line!

We agreed that I’ll call back, no one answered the phone for a few days, and then when I finally got in touch the time that we talked about for viewing was filled in, they didn’t have anything else to offer, didn’t know a thing about the property even though in the details it was written ask the agent

Chloe Gurney is a very good property manager at Milton Keynes. Her communication is great and she is always helpful in discussions over the phone. Leaders as a company need to work on their telephone answering. I seldom get through beyond voice messaging; leaving messages for a particular person to return your call is a waste of time whether it be by voice message or another member of the team.
