Absolutely useless, one office doesn’t communicate with another. My landlord decided to not let through them anymore but instead directly with me. They have harassed me for the rent and threatened ’further action’ since even though I’ve paid my landlord direct. Then they decided to visit my house unannounced and when I didn’t answer just let themselves in. Recorded it on my ring doorbell, your guess as good as mine as to their reason! When I ring nobody knows the answer and empty promises are made to call me back.
I wish I could give negative stars!

I'm a first time landlord and after speaking with several local agents I decided on Leaders New Milton. The service and engagement from the start has been brilliant. The principal direct contacts Mike Kunzi (Poole based) and Daniel Mawer (New Milton) are very 'on it' and have basically enabled me to focus on getting the house ready while they found the tenant and sorted all the paperwork, legal stuff etc. If you want to use an agent who do actually take the care and the stress out of renting your property then I'd definitely recommend Leaders
