I used Lease Direct for the first time recently and had my Audi A5 delivered today. They have been really helpful and professional all the way! I would highly recommend using them.

I have used Lease Car Direct for the first time recently and I have found them to be friendly, knowledgable and happy to help.

I will have no reservations in using them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

Wanted to get a car at short notice and Lease car direct did not disappoint. From choice to paperwork to arrival of car, everything happened smoothly and on times and dates mentioned at the start. Harj was very helpful and answered any questions I had. It's been a good experience.

I spoke to an adviser named Harj, whom I found to be exceptionally helpful. He answered all my questions, emails and messages. He even replied late in the evening where I was particularly being impatient. He was extremely patient and extremely supportive and helpful in helping me find my car and my needs. I have dealt with him every step of the way, he even sent me a courtesy email ‘aftercare’ email to ensure that I was happy. I couldn’t ask for a better service!
The website is easy to navigate through, with no hidden agendas. There’s an agent on call who will help. What I liked the most was that I didn’t feel pressured into falling into a contract.
I would highly recommend the brokers!

From first seeing the advertisement on Instagram and making contact to the actual delivery of the car , nothing could have been easier.

I was kept fully in the loop with pricing , contract details like length of lease, mileage etc and even could make contact out of hours via WhatsApp.

I cant recommend this company enough.
They have a great range of vehicles at very competitive prices with varying lease lengths , mileage and also deposit options.

5 star company and excellent staff who made the process easy and very quick.
All documentation sent via email for signature and full transparent disclosure of all legal information from the off.

I contacted Lease Car via the web and Harj called me the following day. He couldn’t have been more helpful.

Sadly it was me that was the fly in the ointment as I simply didn’t know what I wanted (make / model) but I did know my budget.

Harj worked hard over the following weeks and was extremely reassuring when we spoke that something would turn up that took my fancy at the right price.

Unfortunately as my PCP was coming to an end Jan ‘21 I had a collapsing time frame so in this occasion it didn’t work out for me but I’ve no hesitation in recommending Harj, polite, patient and genuine in all of our communications.

I got in contact with Lease Car Direct in August with my requirements for a car to lease. Harj was very helpful from the get go. He helped choose the car, make sure all the paperwork was completed in a timely manner with minimal effort and stress. Throughout COVID and potential delays from Brexit with importing, Harj never stopped to chase through the delivery of the vehicle! We had a tight timeline to have the vehicle delivered and Harj managed to get the new vehicle delivered 2 weeks earlier than planned! I can’t thank Harj enough for all the help he provided!

I approached Lease Car Direct amongst the pandemic, being a keyworker I needed a quick, reliable team who could take the stress and hassle out of leasing a car when I was working 12-14hr shifts. When Harj got in touch and we decided on the car and spec and he provided such a good service. We did have hiccups along the way, No fault of Lease Car Direct, Harj helped us so much with the bumps we came across and went above and beyond to make sure we got our car. This was my first experience using a Broker company, and distance selling. I contacted Lease Car Direct through Instagram, and very quickly they gave me a contact number for Harj. Very professional and reassuring service. The car was bought without being able to see it or test drive due to COVID restrictions, but the quality and quantity of information Harj supplied was brilliant and filled me with confidence; enough that I did not feel the need to go and see the product beforehand.

I contacted an Audi dealership to compare the deal I had received with what they could offer, and it was nowhere close. They were asking for nearly £200 pcm more, and were after a 6 month advance rental.

I had received other deals within my emailing box from various other Broker’s offering similar prices, but the small admin fee Lease Car Direct requested makes them the Broker of choice for me.

Can’t speak for highly of the team there, everything was very prompt and straightforward. Contactable at unsociable hours, and a very personal touch to the service with contact after they had handed over to Audi to ensure everything was fine.

Thank you Harj and the team, will be returning in 18 months or so to organise the next one!
