Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From ordering to delivery the service was great. We were travelling to London for my daughter’s birthday. The cake was delivered in the time slot in a sturdy pretty box, looked fantastic and tasted delicious. Would definitely order again.

Customer service is amazing and a very attractive bakery. However, the quality of the cupcakes are horrible. It’s really sad as there is a lot of effort put into appearance. The icing is just butter with sugar, the cake is mediocre. I’m just upset as I decided to buy the large cupcakes, which are very expensive, only to be disappointed.

The red velvet cake was exceptional…
The red velvet cake was exceptional quality. I ordered the extra large it looked amazing and tasted absolutely delicious. The nicest cake I think I’ve ever had. It was so easy to order on line, and I collected it a couple of days later with no hassle from a friendly store. It was in a spectacular gorgeous box. They double bagged it in their fabulously huge lovely Lola reinforced bags, so that I could carry the box to my car. It was heavy being such fine quality so I was glad to only have a short way to go!
