After being let down by another company I went to the memorial company and I’m so happy I did, from the beginning I was treated with compassion and care. I was guided through the process of choosing the stone for my husband. Vanitia and Jane helped me step by step with clear information and time scale which was much appreciated after a traumatic experience with the other company. I had a phone call to say the memorial was complete and in position and I’m delighted with the finished product and would highly recommend the memorial company for their care and professionalism.

Very happy with service. The memorial company dealt with my existing family grave stone with great care and attention. The whole process with removing the stone and having an additional inscription was explained clearly and nothing was too much hassle. Stone is back up now and very pleased, they matched the colour and the font to the existing words and it looks fabulous. Highly recommend.

This is the second time the Memorial Company has provided revisions to the monument on my family plot at Kings Norton church. On both occasions their attention to detail, ability to execute and keep me informed of progress has been exactly what I required. I have the funerary monument and inscription I wanted and this has given great satisfaction to myself and family. I believe the pricing was fair and being able to pay in two stages (at commission and once the monument was in place) was a good arrangement. I would certainly recommend their services.

What a fantastic company. Everything had to be done by email/phone as we live 200 miles away and they excelled.

The memorial company have just completed a desktop stone for my mother and fathers resting place, we asked if they could use the existing granite stone and re do the wording. We are so pleased with the finished result. The service we have received from this company has been first class, extremely helpful, friendly, communication was excellent we were kept up to date with regular phone calls to let us know what was happening and most of all very understanding at what is such a very sad time for us. Buying a headstone for a loved one has to be one of life's least welcome shopping experiences but the Memorial Company made it as pleasant as it could be. The staff were practical and knowledgeable but also sensitive to the fact that it was a difficult time. Communication was always excellent, as was attention to detail. The finished result looks just as I'd hoped. It is a beautiful headstone.

This was difficult for us as we do not live locally to the Memorial Company and so we were having to do this remotely. From the very first communication with Venetia, we knew that we were in safe hands. We sought and were given advice on how to proceed. She also suggested appropriate wording. Everything from start to finish was professional. We were delighted with the headstone.

After reading reading reviews and seeing various headstones and desk markers provided by The Memorial Company, I chose them to provide a desk marker for my beloved wife.
From the outset I was treated with compassion and respect by Jane. She explained the procedure and more importantly the constraints I had to adhere to regarding size etc. I had already designed the wording and layout which were out of the ordinary. However Jane suggested a couple of minor changes that would be more appropriate.
The desk marker has been completed and fitted much earlier than anticipated. It is absolutely beautiful and colours in the granite itself and the decorations on it are stunning.
The help and advise from Jane was invaluable and greatly appreciated.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this family run company.

The team at Memorial Company are very helpful and provide an excellent service. Headstones are good quality, nicely engraved and Memorial Team offer advice on how best to word and set out your memorial which is very useful if you have never had to do it before, as it ensures you get the best from your headstone for your loved one.
You are kept up to date along the whole process and given the opportunity to see a layout on paper of your wording as it will appear on your headstone.
I have had two headstones from them, and recently they refurbished my father's 40 year old headstone which has come up as new.
I would highly recommend this company.
