Our gas boiler developed a fault which caused it to cut out and create a horn like noise at attempted start up. Mulgas were contacted and an engineer was sent to find the fault and effect a repair. In the event it proved impossible to repair the fault but we were impressed with the engineer. His report convinced us that a new gas boiler should be fitted and this was done very quickly and efficiently by another engineer. Both engineers were polite and considerate and left the site clean and tidy. The new boiler is excellent.
I would like to thank Helen George and the team for arranging to carry out work on a Saturday to replace the hot water tank at short notice. My nephew his wife and two children appreciated having hot water again. Mulgas were very helpful and not overpriced. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Many thanks Tina Addy

First time was have used Mulgas after being let down by British Gas and another emergency plumber. The services was great, they pulled out the stops as we had been left without heating or hot water for a week. The engineer was on time, friendly fixed the problem and it cost half the price the emergency plumber quoted. I don't do reviews but its so nice to be warm and have a hot shower I feel Mulgas deserve a special mention!

Had Mulgas to service our boiler. After the service was done, the F75 fault started developing repeatedly. Telephoned and agreed for engineer to come and fix it, which they’ve done by cleaning the pressure sensor. My expectation was it would be rectification of incomplete service provided earlier, but I found them to behave unethically - billing £90 in addition to service charge paid earlier, and insisting I pay, trying to justify that ‘water system is not touched on a service’. After conducting some independent research, I conclude that F75 fault was really due to lack of adequate boiler servicing. Providing my arguments back to Mulgas and requesting a checklist of what should had been done and what was actually done during the service, I did not hear back for a month now... only email from accounts department chasing for the payment. I am now considering 3rd party dispute resolution.
Very impressed with Mulgas yet again. Major boiler repair last year, boiler service this year and now very prompt resolution of my leaking rad valve. Antonio, the engineer on each occasion, has been excellent, instilling confidence in Mulgas service levels.
It was a large job taking 3 days to carryout. Mulgas did a fantastic job keeping me informed throughout the work. George, the engineer, solved a number of problems along the way. May I thank you for your excellent work and I have already recommended you to a number of other people.
Great - 100% recommend this company. Initial appointment was cancelled due to staff sickness but they quickly rearranged another appointment to get my boiler serviced and kept the original appointment date.
The Engineer "Steve" was friendly and knowledgeable and got on with the work without disrupting me whilst I worked from home.
The service was quick and efficient and the job was completed very well.

My 90 year old Mother’s underfloor heating stopped working. Antonio from Mulgas came out and quickly diagnosed the problem, a valve had stopped working. He didn’t have the part in his van but he said he’d get it as soon as he could. He called into a plumbers merchant between jobs and came back the same day and got the heating working. We also had a heated towel rail that wasn’t working, he took a look and the “pin” on the control was stuck. He fixed it in seconds! One happy Mother! I would recommend this company.

I was able to pick a time online for the service and it was confirmed back to me quickly. On the day the engineer kept me updated on his arrival time, was really friendly and helpful and explained what he was doing. Great job and would definitely use them again. Recommended!

I transferred my annual boiler service to Mulgas a couple of years back when the company I used to install the new boiler lost interest. Mulgas now email a reminder, allow me to book in the service at a time that suits me, turn up punctually with suitable Covid measures in place and check out the whole system properly, which is a lot more than other companies I have used do - all for a reasonable price. I would thoroughly recommend them.
