When we first moved to our house there were serious problems with the heating systems, particularly regarding underfloor heating. We had 3 companies give us quotes for work, 2 of which recommended completely tearing out and reinstalling the systems. Mulgas identified the issue and fixed the existing installation with minimal disruption. They have subsequently helped us replace or repair thermostats, pumps and expansions vessels, and are always responsive. Recently they were able to replace our boiler within a week of the initial callout, minimising disruption to our tenant. Great people, great work!

Mulgas are so efficient and professional! I'm so impressed with them.

They sent me an email to remind me that my boiler was due for a service; I booked an appointment for them to come and service it; their engineer turned up promptly on the day and did an excellent job. He was very thorough, pleasant and efficient.

Excellent, honest service. After keeping my boiler going for over 6 years past the end of it’s expected “life” the engineer explained that with more parts wearing out that maybe we should replace it with a new one. Whilst a lot upfront over even 2 years this will be cheaper than another breakdown and replacement part. Service great too - squeezed it in in middle of the summer hols.

This is a great company. Their engineers are professional, highly knowledgeable, polite, friendly and very clean workers. I’d have no hesitation in highly recommending them, both for routine maintenance but also emergencies - they saved the day for us when our heating broke down last Christmas Eve. Special praise for Antonio who is a real professional.

I have used Mulgas for 10 years. The telephone team are excellent and very helpful. The engineers always arrive on time and are always polite and efficient. The work is excellent. I would also recommend them for plumbing. An excellent company and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

I moved into a Woking flat in 2021 with a pressurised hot water cylinder. When looking for someone to undertake the annual service I was recommended Mulgas and they did not disappoint. I have had an excellent experience every time. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable engineers and the customer service is truly excellent. I appreciated being reminded of my need to book my annual service and the staff were very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate but to recommend.

Mulgas has serviced our boiler for many years and recently installed an outdoor hot tap which we are very pleased with. All the engineers are very professional and pleasant, particularly Giles. I wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic company!

Always helpful and very responsive. They answer quickly with great suggestions and always put the customer first I had an annual service today. Came when they said they would, worked quickly but thoroughly and carefully too. Changed batteries for me in the thermostat Thank you Mulgas. You always come up trumps.

A timely quote was provided, and, even better, a very timely replacement for my gas combi boiler at a competitive rate was provided. The installer did a fantastic job, and all waste was removed. I will use Mulgas for future gas safety checks in addition to a yearly service. Everything went as expected. I'd be happy to recommend them.

Only an annual Boiler service, but top all-round service from booking to completion of the work.

The customer service from Mulgas is exceptional with all members of the team totally customer service focussed. Giles, the engineer was, as always, so professional, very experienced and all was left in great order post his visit. Very impressive.

My two experiences with Mulgas so far have been nothing but positive.

I would like to highlight the second time. For nearly 10 days, I was without hot water or heating this was not ideal as my wife has a heart condition. Hometree came along last Monday, and all the engineer did was stick a big fat danger label on my boiler, and tell me that my boiler is crap (which I already knew) and to get a new one, he did nothing to help us and actually put us into a worse position than before. Hometree refused to do the repair, declaring my boiler beyond economic repair which was deeply heartbreaking as the boiler would have not been in such a state if they had just fixed the issues that I have repeatedly notified them of for many years.

The whole of last week was nothing but pure stress for me and my wife who was experiencing heart palpitations (most likely due to us having to do bucket showers with heated water from a kettle in an 8 degree home), and I was unable to properly work as I had to keep chasing Hometree, and trying to urgently organise an engineer visit.

Then on Friday, I spoke to Kayleigh from Mulgas who was not only sympathetic to my situation, she went above and beyond by speaking to Mulgas' Owner - Dave, who came to my property on his day off to inspect my boiler, and give me insightful recommendations of what sort of work needed to be done to my home boiler setup, including what boiler to get.

Fast forward to Monday this week, after speaking with Kayleigh again, she manages to pull some strings to get one of their engineers (George, who was fantastic by the way) to do an emergency job boiler installation for me given our situation.

By the end of Monday night, I had not only a new boiler, but a nice hot shower with heating all thanks to George, Kayleigh & Dave.

Arrived back from holiday at 11pm where the temperature was 24 degrees. Boiler had failed so house was very cold. Phoned Mulgas at opening business next day. They sent an engineer same afternoon. He fixed our issue - no fuss no bother. I have used Mulgas on a number of occasions. The result is always the same, good old school service. Strongly recommended.
