My first boiler service with Mulgas the engineer Steve was great he explained everything clearly he advised me how to adjust my thermostats to get my radiators hot I would definitely recommend this very friendly company

I recently needed a new boiler urgently and the system needed to be upgraded from a gravity system to a fully pumped one. Mulgas were absolutely brilliant : they came really promptly to quote for the job; their quote was really clear and itemised; they came really quickly to do the work, and they did an absolutely excellent job! Sooo brilliant! I can totally recommend them.

Replacement Warm-Air heating and hot water boiler. This is the first time we’ve used Mulgas and we’re very impressed by their prompt, friendly and professional service. From quote through to final commissioning, everything was on schedule. George was excellent, he discussed and agreed any issues or options, and tidied and cleaned at the end each day.

Efficient and thorough servicing, we have used Mulgas since the installation by them of our Vaillant boiler and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Mulgas are organised and their LPG engineer (George) is knowledgeable, great at his work and good at explaining things.

This company, Mulgas, has worked on our Gas Central Heating for more than 20 years, through thick and thin, and have never once failed us. They always do neat and efficient work and their pricng is very much on the ball. The engineers and other staff are charming and polite, always easy to work with. I have been hugely impressed by Mulgas. Julie in the office could not have been more helpful. Two engineers came (one to diagnose the problem, the other to fit the new part and perform a service). They were both punctual, professional and good to deal with. Problem fixed. I very much appreciated the follow up call to check everything was ok.

Having been messed about with some other so-called plumbing experts and gurus, Mulgas came recommended by a friend. They identified problems, proposed solutions and once we decided to go ahead acted quickly and professionally. We were very impressed, would highly recommend Mulgas.

Mulgas responded very quickly and effectively to repair a burst rising main supply pipe to the cold water tank in my loft. Very good job. Mulgas installed my central heating system in 2003 and I have been using them exclusively ever since for annual servicing of my boiler which is still in perfect working order. I have also had some radiators replaced and thermostatic valves fitted to all. My system is getting on now but is still in full working order thanks to the excellent service work by Mulgas. I highly recommend this company.

Friendly, efficient service right through from booking, receiving a detailed quotation and completion of the work. The engineers are very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and leave no mess behind them! Highly recommend this company!

I am not totally pleased with the level of service provided. A plumber kindly came to check where a leak was coming from, and identified it was the wall tiles when the shower was used. It would have been helpful if he had run some sealant around the bath to (at least temporarily) stop the leak, rather than just advising that it needs a tiler to replace them or re-grout. £102 to have a look and say someone else should deal with it seems a lot to me.

We recently had a new boiler fitted by Mulgas and were extremely impressed with the service we received and the quality of their work. The fitters worked hard and were helpful, resourceful, courteous, and patient. We would certainly be happy to recommend Mulgas to friends and family and will do so should occasion arise.

Hot air heater installed. Firstly, I was given an itemised quotation which clearly set out the prospective work. The engineer arrived as booked, the office was helpful and informative. The work was carried out in one day. The engineer cleared all the rubbish away and I am delighted with my lovely warm house.

An excellent experience all round. Very responsive upon enquiry, and were quick and easy to schedule an appointment. Our issue needed a replacement part which they didn't have but it was quickly ordered and another visit scheduled. Our tenant was very happy with efficient, clean, and professional work conducted. Would recommend and will be using again.

I’ve been using Mulgas since I moved into an old property in Woking. I had a boiler that was over 20 years old and an old radiator system. They managed to fix that old boiler at a very low and competitive price first time round. That lasted for a couple of years until eventually it packed in (through no fault of their own).
They have just replaced that boiler with a new one and a couple of radiators that were completely knackered and now my house has never been warmer or my heating more efficient. They are a lovely bunch of guys, very professional and I trust them 100%. I will continue to use them in the future and I can’t recommend them enough!!
