Very professional team through reception to dentist. I've been unwell so hadn't regularly visited since 4 years ago. I have a little gum disease which they will keep an eye on for me. Even the parking was free right outside the door. Overall a very good experience so I have no hesitation in recommending this dental clinic to everyone.

This review is for mydentist Peterlee. Once again the high level of service was delivered by all those involved from the text reminders to the welcoming receptionists to the ever professional dental nurse and of course Dr Tiona Buliga who was as thorough and caring as ever well done to everyone keep doing what you are doing.

What a shambles, this outfit constantly cancels and rearranges appointments without notice and then pleads ignorance when you arrive. ( Halifax branch).

Visited Pennywell Road, Edinburgh and Tanu could not have been any nicer. Even as I was sat in the chair really anxious, she listened and explained everything to me and gave me hope. Due to my anxieties I would love the work done earlier now but understand why there’s a long wait, hopefully it will come around again sooner. Thank you Tanu!

Loddon Dental Practise, Nofolk. This company does not provide a good service....cancelled Hygenists appts (now 1 year between appts) and cancelled Dentist appts. Yet they give you all the mktg talk about how big they are, how quick they can see you blah blah blah.......that they own/run 500 dentists...surely they have floating cover to cover maternity & retirements as in both these examples ?....it's not as if either were sudden events that caught them by surprise LOL !!! clearly poor management of resource ......shocking service.
I have now found another dentist practise locally, that offered me multiple dates to see me. I see the usual corporate waffle in the response below..100% expected. Its cheaper to keep customers than find new ones .....am sure thet don't care about losing a private fee paying client.

I would like to give credit to Dr Mark Ricketts who is not only professional and skilful but also very kind to me and my mother.
He takes care of us since we came to UK and always provided useful suggestions based on my cases.
Last time, he found my wisdom teeth has a small hole when he was filling my another teeth, he help me fill it up at the same time. He said,”I can’t leave it if I see it.” He can ask me make another appointment but he just help me to fill it right away. I am so happy to have Dr Ricketts and his nurse take care of my teeth.
Highly recommended!
Thank you

Worst dentist I have ever been to. The dentist was not interested in what she was doing. I had to go back twice for the same filling which was not done properly in the first place and even the second time was not satisfactory. I would not recommend this dentist ever,

They recently moved to Park View Road, Berkhamsted, opposite my home, and their security alarm keeps going off for long periods with no response. This morning (Saturday) it started at 8am and blared for over 1 hour. An unmanaged alarm in a residential area is a serious noise nuisance.

My dentist morley took my partner off the registar last year because she is an nhs patient who has missed 2 appointments. 1st appointment she was in hospital. She has been diagnosed with pulmoney embolisms in both lungs, pots, fnd, and endrimetroas which is proving very problematic whilst on blood thininers. We wrote a complaint and was put back on list last year and today she phoned to cancel an appointment for tommorow (enough time to fill slot) as she is very unwell and has been put on antibiotics. They said if she dosent attend that she will be struck off again. This decision is really upsetting her, it is failing to protect their employees (putting them at risk of becoming unwell) and endangering other patients as well as discriminating against people with genuine medical disabilities. They do not care about the health and well being of anyone just their pockets.
Following a discussion with the practice manager and myself it was agreed that my partner wouldnt be struck off the registar but was warned that she had been given a chance before and wouldnt be given any more chances. I was also asked to ask her to respect her staff.
My partner is delighted that she wont be struck off as she has been with this dentist for over 10yrs and i over 20yrs. The issue she has is that her medical conditions wont go away. She cant say she wont miss another appointment which puts her in the same position as last time when she proved her medical conditions. The law says that when a health care proffession is aware of medical conditions they must accomondate not discriminate.
As for the staff issue my partner was trying to protect all of the staff and patients at the dentist by canceling the appointment a day in advance. It was the staff member who demanded that my partner attend even with flu ( which triggered pots and was videoed with her heart rate going over 167 on monitor) and warned she would be struck off if she didnt put everyone at risk.
As a patient of over 20yrs, my partner over 10yrs and my 5 kids all of there lives we want this resolving. Yes we want to stay where we have had excellent healthcare in the past, but we are very dissapointed about this incident.

I've been with this practice for over 50 years. Since it's become my dentist that's all they want is your money. Spent £750 on 2 crowns which fall out from time to time. They have in the passed refitted at no extra cost which takes about 10 minutes. Today they wanted to charge me £173. I was in shock. That's totally taking advantage of loyal customers. In total dental work I've spent about £3.000 and they still want £173 for 10 minutes work. Totally sham

Their dental work is usually pretty good but their attitude, unprofessionalism, rudeness and bullying is very upsetting. They are quite often narrow minded, petty, unsympathetic and generally unpleasant. They were rude and disrespectful of the problems I have with ADHD and probably autism too.

My husband was Quoted £350 for a filling. Told it would need a crown over the top cost £1000 as filling large !. Told also May need root canal treatment. God knows what that would have cost. So that’s minimum £1350 for one tooth !. He was in shock after already paying £350 for another filling, hygienist and X-rays plus a monthly fee of £25 1-2 weeks prior to the filling next to it falling out. We were going away the next week to Spain so I reviewed all the dentists within reasonable distance to our accommodation. He visited a dentist in Spain who told him he did not need an injection for the tooth a it had previously had root canal ( surely the other dentist would have known that !) so he could fill tooth without injection as he would feel no pain. No mention of large filling needed, no mention of crown. Total Cost €60 for filling €10 euro for cab.
I suggest this is a complete and utter money making dentist overcharging patients.
We are twelve days in from his filling and he is very happy with the work done in Spain.
Dentist in England need to stop overcharging ridiculous prices as not affordable

Called to make inquiry, women on phone very abrupt and rude put phone down on me saying she was to busy to answer my questions and wasn't interested in NHS clients only private even though NHS patients was and is listed as taking clients. Apparently they have to say that but have no interest in taking any as they don't have an NHS dentist at the surgery.

Today I visited {myDentist} Meadway Shopping Centre in Tilehurst for the second time.
A huge shout out to Dr Ansu George.
What a fantastic dentist!!!
She’s professional, gentle, dear and so lovely.
I experienced no pain while she worked away on my dental treatment.
All I can say now is I wish I had found her sooner.
I’m a very happy and a pleased patient.

The first time visit to the new Wimborne My Dentist premises and what a great experience.
A good size free car park to being welcomed by 4/5 receptionists and plenty of seating while waiting for your appointment.
Our dentist Elena-Mirela is reassuring and always offers good advice in how we can do more in looking after our teeth which we take on board.
In fact all the staff we dealt with today were very pleasant and gave good service so thank you.

I made an emergency appointment as I had lost two lower front teeth. On keeping the appointment, the person I saw told me that my teeth required a deep clean. I was confused and explained why I was there, she said she could deal with my request and asked if I would like to go ahead with the clean. I said yes and she went on to say that she would have to refer me to someone else if I requested further treatment giving me no explanation of treatment charges. I was charged £64 for making the appointment and £77 for the hygiene. My contention is that I should not have been charged the £64 initial appointment charge as I would not have made an appointment for a hygienist. I am 87 years of age with only 8 teeth.
