Well, where to start. 28/10/2025 dental exam with hygiene, no problems, lovely female dentist and dental assistant. "Oh you have an implant? Yes I do. Xrays done, no issues with the implant or the crown that I have. Dentist advised I see their dental implant chap. Off I trot today to see the dental implant dentist, gave him my implant card with all the implant details. He lokkoed at the implant, "yes all good" looked at the xrays done at previous visit, "Yes all good" Advised annual implant checks. Whole time in his room, less than 10 minutes. I thought it was a free visit. Nobody discussed costs prior to seeing him. He did NOTHING, looked around the implant, that was it. Went to reception, that'll be £60. I was/am fuming, not amused with the original dentist advising me to go see him, not amused with an 8 min appointment cost £60. I have cancelled my annual look at my tooth for £60 next year. What a total scam. No wonder dentists get a bad rep. Shocking. In a time where every penny counts (well for my husband and I it does) this is blatant highway robbery, guy should be wearing a mask (oh yeah...he was lol). But seriously it's a complete rip off and I am now £60 down on my shopping allowance for the month. Hope they enjoy my hard earned cash, I'll struggle this month now. Thanks My Dentist Prestwick.

I booked a private dental check-up at MyDentist Denton and paid £75 upfront. I received SMS the next day and the day before my appointment, so everything seemed fine.
However, when I arrived at the practice on the day of the appointment, the receptionist told me it had been rescheduled. I received no call, no SMS, no email informing me of this change. The only notification I got was when I was already standing at the reception.
I completely understand that dentists can call in sick or emergencies can happen, but it takes seconds to send an SMS. For a private patient who has paid in advance, this lack of communication and consideration is unacceptable.
Overall, I left feeling that they simply don’t care about their patients, and the experience was both frustrating and disappointing.

Would not recommend. Needed an emergency appointment, I am autistic, suffer from extreme anxiety, and other mental health conditions. I was crying in pain. The whole appointment the dentist hummed and harred as if I was a neusance and he couldnt be bothered. I ended up with more pain than when i went. Days later I was rushed for another emergency appointment through 111 to a different dental service, turns out the pain was caused by the "my dental" dentist had left me with an exposed root and ignored the abscess that was causing me to be extremely unwell and in so much pain. The infection was spreading into my face.

Watch out for the Reception Staff, complaining about the service or asking to speak to Management may get you barred!
Any dissatisfaction expressed by the customer will be treated as "abusive behavior".

After waiting now 3yrs for an nhs appointment at the Bridport surgery having numerous appointments cancelled and being told by reception that there is no chance of an appointment in the near future I think my wife and I at the age of 80 have given up ever seeing another dentist or do they just want us to go private ?
Which we cannot afford and by the way thank you for all the advertising emails to purchase your goods !
Update:- thank you for your reply so wait until we are in so much pain and we may get an appointment? Is not prevention better than cure?

Keighley branch absolute disgrace. Booked an appointment telling them I had a filling come out in my front tooth leaving it sharp and exposed on the front face. Travelled 2 1/2 hours from work due to traffic at the time only to be told by the dentist herself that they had booked a wrong appointment and that she didn’t have time to do anything and when I said I had explained what was needed when I called she actually said the staff don’t care and don’t know how to book correct appointment. Unbelievable, now I have to wait 2 weeks to go back for a correct length appointment.

I have been seeing Daniel at the Streatham branch as a private patient. He always takes the time to fully explain the issues and options which gives me a lot of confidence. Each visit is a pleasant experience. I am booked in for a second crown.

My dentist (Neha Dogra) saw me the same day when I went to the surgery with a broken tooth - which she did an excellent repair job on (I had feared that it might have to be extracted). It was much appreciated! Whenever she has provided treatment she has always shown care - and I have scarcely felt the needle when she numbs my teeth. Similarly, when she has cleaned my teeth, I have not experienced sensitivity afterwards. She is an excellent dentist.

The computer is down. It is absolutely ridiculous nowadays. I just do hygiene, not a heart surgery. I don’t understand hygienist can’t write instead of typing in the computer. Why there is not Plan B?

Went to book a hygienist They have put the price up to £100 . That's about a quarter increase in one year. Set by head office greed

I attended Hounslow branch My dentist and received treatment from Ms. Jayasree Muthu. I am very pleased with the treatment I have received. I found her very caring and helpful. I will recommend this clinic to all my friend and family. Wishing Jayasree all my best wishes.

I shan't give it less than a 1 as they did provide a "service". This consisted of a five minute appt and contained a lot of upsaling/marketing of their products such as aligning my bottom teeth and fitting a retainer to prevent issues caused by grinding my teeth which I have never been told before is an issue).
The dentist did not realise I was a new patient.
The dentist did not clean my teeth, scrape or put the water on like I have had previously with other dentists.
Despite this being an NHS appt it was atrocious. I'd almost rather pay more!

Watch out for the arrogant dentist in this practice, called Mrs Meera Mascarenhas-Moseley. I booked an appointment, and followed their procedures, then upon arrival I was rudely berated for missing an appointment several years ago, which was my mistake TBF, but it's irrelevant now surely, then cancelling my last appointment, although I gave the 24 hours notice, as per their policy. Some people have to work for a living. If there was an issue I would suggest you should mention it before the actual appointment, not breaching our contract at the actual point of action. Why didn't the receptionist say anything beforehand? Regardless, because quite honestly, having seen this woman's disgusting attitude, I wouldn't trust her anywhere near my mouth again anyway. Clearly couldn't care less, and didn't know or care if I had a serious problem, or if I was in pain, etc. Maybe I'm not enough of a cash cow for you, aye?? I would give you zero stars, but one is the lowest unfortunately. Avoid unless you're desperate, and even then I'd think twice.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience my wife had at your clinic. During her visit, she was advised that she would receive a temporary filling to address her tooth pain. However, this procedure was not carried out, despite the fact that she is currently pregnant and in considerable discomfort.
It is concerning that a dental professional would neglect to provide necessary care, especially knowing the circumstances. The lack of action not only exacerbated her pain but also raises questions about the clinic's commitment to patient welfare.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has led us to question the quality of care provided at your facility. I strongly advise anyone seeking dental services to reconsider their options.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to prevent future patients from experiencing similar issues.

I can't praise the dentist (Dassie) and the dental nurse (Tracey) enough.
I usually have to be sedated to have work done but after my visit I am considering trying to get the work that needs to be done with them.
The appointment was more like visiting family than a trip to the dentist, they were very professional and helpful. They explained everything in detail.
I highly recommend them and am going to tell family and friends how great my experience was.
Many thanks to them both.

After having my teeth removed and dentures fitted that have never fitted correctly and never getting a response about how to resolve issues I would never recommend using them
