Really happy with the service from Neat Kitchens. Daniel Bessex is a fantastic kitchen designer. Really good at thinking of the best use of space and how to keep costs down. Delighted with the shall addition to our kitchen that he designed. The fitters he recommended, Matt and Rich were excellent too. Very professional, friendly and skilled. Overall, a great experience.

We were extremely happy with our experience from start to finish with Neat Kitchens. The shop staff were always pleasant and friendly. Daniel coordinated the delivery and fitting of our worktop very efficiently, there were no complications whatsoever. All 3 fitters worked efficiently and carried out their duties accordingly. It was a very pleasant experience as previously documented. We would highly recommend them.

We had a Neat kitchen last year and genuinely can’t rate them high enough. The wonderful Lily designed our dream kitchen and put up with our (my!) changing minds on all the details, sourcing everything we wanted within the budget we set. Then the fitters were just brilliant - super professional, incredibly hard working and a pleasure to have around. Since the fit any small niggles were immediately sorted. Dealing with Neat Kitchens was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. We had a specific need with regards to a new cooker hood as replacing with a like for like was not an option. We were presented with options and recommendations which made the choosing really easy. Efficient and professional bespoke fitting and looks fantastic. We had our new kitchen fitted by Neat Kitchen in August this year and we could not be happier with the experience. From the initial design stage through to installation, their service was professional, reliable, and well organised.

They were always quick to respond to any questions or issues, which gave us real peace of mind throughout the process. The fitting team were highly professional and did a fantastic job — the quality of their work really shows in the final result.

The after-sales service has also been outstanding. Whenever we noticed any small defects or needed adjustments, they followed up promptly and made sure everything was resolved as quickly as possible.

We would happily recommend Neat Kitchen to anyone locally. Without a doubt, they are the best local company we have ever used.

Have had an excellent kitchen recently fitted by Neat Kitchens.Excellent quality materials, cabinets, appliances, floor and the quartz worktop. Lead designer Daniel put together an amazing kitchen which has been admired by everyone who has visited my house. He patiently guided me through the overwhelming process. Lily was also very helpful. I was not put under any pressure to proceed. The installation under the supervision and direction of Matthew went very smoothly. The company uses its own craftsmen which is reassuring. They were all friendly, professional and worked neatly. Jordan the fitter and the rest of the team did an amazing job and attended to all fine details up to the last moment. I give credit to the entire team for a stress-free experience. I strongly recommend Neat Kitchens and wish I had met them earlier.

We had a new kitchen and some minor building works completed by Neat and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. All the staff were friendly and professional, and keen to support our requests or make suggestions using their experience. When things went wrong, which were out of their control, they went above and beyond to put right. Great company to deal with. Love my kitchen!

The kitchen design that Lily put together was great, it was so helpful seeing the design in our space on the computer, it really help to visualise it properly.
The installation was professional and was managed perfectly. Any teething issues as is inevitable with building work, (as we also removed a wall to open out the space) were never a problem. Solutions were presented clearly, allowing us to work out what would be best.
Would definitely recommend Neat Kitchens.

Amazing service start to finish. We wanted our existing kitchen reconfigured - which in some ways is harder than starting from scatch. Daniel came up with an amazing design that allowed us to keep some existing units and blend in with new ones supplied and fitted by Neat. And they managed the installation of a new worktop.
Matthew was a fabulous lead on the installation with real attention to detail.

Excellent from start to finish. Daniel was extremely helpful at the planning stage answering all my questions and coming up with ideas to help maximise my kitchen space. Matthew and the team where faultless attention to detail was brilliant and the co-ordination of all the trades -fitters, electrics, flooring , tiling was amazing. I would highly recommend NEAT.

We are absolutely delighted with our Neat kitchen. Daniel carefully designed the space so that it fitted our practical and style requirements, responding to our feedback and coming up with great solutions and fresh ideas. Matthew and his team worked carefully (and neatly!) to make the plans a reality – they coordinated building work, plumbing, electrics and even decorating. The appliances all work superbly, and the induction hob in particular is surprisingly responsive and easy to use. We now have a high quality, beautiful kitchen which works well for us and is a pleasure to spend time in.
The whole process was enjoyable rather than stressful, and we recommend this local company 100%.

Have used Jon and Neat previously and always find them helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. This time I wanted to change my integrated dishwasher. Sourced a great product at excellent price.
