Have had a really good experience with Daniel and the team at Neat. Great product range, very knowledgable, not pushy and always on hand to chat through questions/ideas. We would use again and recommend to friends and family.

Very pleased with the design, installation and quality of the renovations done by Neat Kitchens. Not wanting a complete overhaul, they were attentive to my wishes, yet active in suggesting changes which have made a huge difference. Great attention to detail in both planning and execution and installed within time (before Christmas) and within budget.

We had our new kitchen fitted by Neat in October last year and have been living with it now for the best part of 3 months and thought it was a good time to write a review –
The overall process from start to finish was very positive, and everyone at the showroom were very helpful and accommodating with our many questions and changing of mind and at no time did we feel rushed or pressured into anything
Once we had settled on a design we booked in the fitters for the work to start, the fitting process was carried out in a friendly efficient manner with minimal disruption and mess with the house being left as clean and tidy as possible each evening.
We were also having some minor building work undertaken at the same time and Neat were happy to work around our tradesmen to ensure the work was completed in the most efficient way.
The quality of the new kitchen is excellent and a huge upgrade on the previous one and the whole space now feels much easier to use and a better way to accommodate daily life

We have recently had our very old tired kitchen replaced by Neat Kitchens of Portishead.
We had an awful experience with another company earlier in the year where work never started .
Lily , the designer , modified and improved the previous plans .
The entire process from start to finish was brilliant and carried out very efficiently . Lily , along with the directors , Matt and Jon were very helpful as were all the various workers .
The result is just amazing , we are thrilled with the high quality work and the final appearance.

Had new kitchen, gas boiler and downstairs cloakroom fitted by Neat. Really delighted with the results. Excellent advice from Dan and Lily at planning stages followed up by skilful work from whole team of fitters, electrician and plumber! Special mention to Warner - just a young lad but pays real attention to detail and makes sure everything is spot on!

Lily listened and provided me with exactly the kitchen I wanted.

Lily, Jordan, Matthew and team all gave 100% attention to detail.

I said I wanted a "whow" kitchen and that's what I have.

Its no exaggeration to say that it lifts my spirits every morning when I walk in.

Jon was really helpful with site surveys and suggestions for what will make the kitchens work as well as possible.

The units were made and delivered in record time and look great in the spaces.

You can probably guess I think the whole thing is brilliant!!
A few hiccups but we know they were beyond your control as 2 doors were damaged before they arrived with you and you then rejected them.
These things happen but its how they are dealt with which is the important bit and you were brilliant in informing us.

We had our old kitchen taken away and replaced with a brand new sparkling kitchen from Neat Kitchens. The whole process was efficient and smooth and the team worked tirelessly throughout. Special mention to the two young kitchen fitters who worked long hours to have everything finished on time, and any (minor) issues were dealt with straight away. Highly recommend Neat Kitchens if you want a super smart kitchen with a trustworthy and hardworking team. Thank you!

On walking into Neat Kitchen showroom I met up with Dan, I knew I did not need to look further. Dan was so helpful and listened to want I wanted, nothing was too much trouble even though I changed my mind on numerous occasions. The work was first class and all the team were very professional, friendly and very tidy. I would highly recommend Neat Kitchens to anyone without any hesitation. I cannot fault them, well done.

Amazing service from Neat Kitchens. Contacted them with a problem that I assumed needed an expensive new appliance but they quickly established an inexpensive simple fix. Great to see their knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend them.

Neat looked after us really well from going into the showroom with an enquiry for a new kitchen to the final moment when the kitchen was complete. Lily did a great job of designing when we really didn't have much idea and listened and updated when we changed our minds, several times!
The actual fitting was professional, efficient and very tidy and at the conclusion we have a wonderful new room. All the Neat people involved were extremely responsive and we would definitely recommend both the company and the quality of the kitchen to anyone thinking of replacing their kitchen.

So many kitchen companies out there its difficult to know who to use, and I cannot recommend Neat enough, for anyone who is contemplating a kitchen refit/refurb.

The guys in the showroom were so friendly and accomodating, and pateiend with our many changes of choices until we were 100% certain.

We are absolutely delighted with our kitchen from Neat. The level of service provided by Daniel, Matthew and team was exceptional. From initial design through to completion, they were always friendly and helpful, offering great design and practical advice, and quick to communicate. We would highly recommend NEAT if you want a well designed, quality kitchen with excellent, personalised service.

Thrilled with the new kitchen fitted by ‘Neat Kitchens’. Jon spent time making sure the kitchen was everything that I hoped for. The team were all excellent, professional, hard working and completed all tasks to a high standard. Would highly recommend.

Mini makeover ( cooker hood, sink, worktops, tiles), but I have a fabulous new kitchen. No hard selling. Listened to my requirements. No project managing for me except obtaining tiles. Excellent workmanship from kitchen fitters, tiler and plumber who also took care of gas hob. No unnecessary mess and all debris removed. What more can I say.....perfect.

From the start, my ideas about the design of my new kitchen were listened to and never lost sight of. It is a big project to completely remove and replace the kitchen. Steve did a great job on the design, altering some aspects as we went through the design stage. Account was taken of my changes to keep within my budget, but without having to compromise the overall design.
I was offered samples of materials to take home and view on site. The final design was presented on screen in the showroom. I felt I had a good idea of the end product.
Matt was in charge of the management of the installation. He scheduled all the tradesmen and was hands on throughout the project. All those who came were pleasant and highly competent. All waste was removed from my flat with great care, ensuring the cleanliness of the building, and noise kept to a minimum, working within the permitted hours. The waste was sorted and removed daily. My kitchen is accessed through the lounge and so the floor was protected at all times.

As the contractor fitting the floor was unable to come for 6 weeks, Neat fitters came back to ensure the kickboards fitted properly after the flooring was laid.
I have no hesitation in recommending this local company. They encompass attention to detail and excellent service.
